Yes, you can disarm, but the Ignition, keysense, and Sentry key (key cylinder must see code from key meaning a bypass mod will be needed) needs to be powered up at the same time to disarm without unlock. I would just never buy Crysler Vehicles as they have very poor electrical systems.

Well, I have had mine for about 2 years, put 30K miles on it and have never had any problems with the engine. And of the forums that I am on, I have never heard of anyone having issues with the new HEMIs that weren't caused by their own stupidity.

The module is failing. The turn signals and emergency flashers are both controlled electronically. The module is behind the emergency flasher switch and requires partial disassemble of the dash to access it There are several screws: 2 on the ends under the fuse covers 2 on the panel under the steering wheel and 2 by the odometer Take your ignition key off the ring, put it in the ignition and position to run so that you can put the column shift into 1 (full down) and put the steering wheel to full down in order to get the clearance to get the pannel off. Gently pull the face off the dash. Don't break off the clips. A replacement is about $40 from the dealer. GO to the junk yard and if your lucky u might find 1 for 10 bucks.. this is a commen problem with impalas i bet i looked throught 15 cars b4 i found one with a switch in it. why buy a new switch that will go bad when u can get a used one that might do the same

Could be an air lock, could be a stuck thermostat, in the closed position. Changing the thermostat is an inexpensive next step.

First generation Villagers up until 1998 have the fuel filter located in the engine compartment and it's tension clipped on the driver's side firewall. It's an unpainted steel cylinder about 2 inches wide with a fuel line clamped to the top and bottom end. However, my 1998 Villager has the fuel filter located beneath the vehicle clamped on the driver's side floor pan inside the frame rail about half-way between the engine and gas tank.

The engine in your Town Car should last hundreds of thousands of miles. As long as you keep up on your regular maintenance and periodically (once a year?) check to make sure the engine is running properly (take it to a mechanic who has a very expensive looking diagnostics computer in his garage) you shouldn't have any trouble over the life of the rest of the car. Fords 4.6L has been known to last over 400K miles when taken care of. Your real question should be "how long with the transmission last?" To that I don't know the answer (yet).

Unless there are big stickers saying otherwise, any vehicle will use ethelyne glycol based anti-freeze/boil-over protection coolant, such as Prestone, Prime, et cetera. Just beware of the 'really cheap' coolant, which is a 50/50 mix of coolant and water. Such is what you are supposed to add to the cooling system, but knowing how to drain the block is beyond most people, and, without draining the block, getting proper concentration in the cooling system using a 50/50 mix can be difficult. I recommend buying undiluted coolant, pouring out about a quart, and adding a quart of water to the jug, mixing well, and then adding to the cooling system. (Of course, this is after the cooling system has been properly back flushed to clean out sludge and corrosion.) Do not pour undiluted coolant into the cooling system, as it can corrode portions thereof before it mixes with the water in the cooling system. Do not run undiluted coolant in the cooling system, for the same reason. A 50/50 mix will protect a cooling system to about -45 degrees Fahrenheit, and if if gets colder than that where you live, you should be aware of the extra precautions you should take, such as block heaters, oil heaters, et cetera. It is necessary to have water in the cooling system for it to work properly, the anti-freeze is there to keep the water from freezing, not to act as a coolant on its own.

with the correct tools and place to service your truck it should be anywhere from 45 min to 1.5hr. all depending on the time it takes to remove the old gasket material from both surfaces

an o2 sensor reads burned gasses before and after the converters and the computer adjusts fuel accordingly. if o2 is bad full is not being adjusted effectively

drivers side rear of engine take air housing off , use 13 mill deep socket w/3inch ext.& air ratchet to remove 2 bolts,then take tire off inner splash panel then 8mm wobble w/24inch ext to take 1 tube bolts loosen other one & pull out as ass. reverse to install kinda pain but doable

pour it out into another container and bring it to you service station. if that don't work pour it in the tall grass where you lawn turns into trees

Your best bet is to just go to the library, and get the book there i have a 1990 and it was a pain. Had to remove the shard,fan,belt. Not alot of room to work with so when i was ready to rebolt it back up i used a steel rod to hold one side in place to bolt it back together. and for the shard that covers the fan i cut mine in half and put 2 bolts to reconnect it reason being is if i have to take it off again wont be a pain to get out. Works great
