Simple. Remove three screws under the bumper (on the plastic cover located just under the fog light). Pull the plastic cover out of the way for access to the bulb. Twist 1/4 turn to remove the bulb assembly. Remove the old bulb and insert the new into the assembly. Much easier than I thought it would be.

if it is supposed to have a gasket then it does need one, yes when the oil thins with temperature it can seep through the threads.

Take off the inside door panel, you might need a flashlight look up in the corner where the door handle is and you will see two bolts, one bolt you can only get to if you put a socket thru a hole in the metal part that the door where the panel goes on, the other bolt you can reach with a wrench

There probably is not one, because block heaters are not installed by the manufacturer.

The egr is simple. Locate it at the top rear of the engine. There should be either 2 or 4 bolts.. and 2 vaccuum hoses to pull off. Make sure you have the metal gasket that goes with it.. Just remove all and replace it.. Put it back together the same way.. IF you light comes back on and still says no flow in or out of EGR.. then its not the egr valve. There is a EGR valve switch at the back of the motor that will burn up sometimes and cause the EGR not to work. If that's the case then the EGR Valve switch needs to be replaced. Ive had the same thing happen to my car and after I replaced the EGR and Vaccuum valve 2 times and wasted all that money, the whole time it was the EGR Switch in the back of the motor that had burnt up. As soon as I replaced that switch, I havent had a problem with it since.

While standing in front of the vehicle, with the hood open, the cylinders across the front by the radiator, from your left to right, (passenger's side to driver's side) are 4,5,6. On the back of the engine nearest the firewall, the cyinders from your left to right are 1,2,3.
