There should be an EEC TEST connection in your engine compartment , somewhere near the battery / Power Distribution Box

If there's nothing wrong with the starter itself, there's a 99% chance it's the starter relay (located on the passenger/front side of the engine bay, mounted on the fender behind the battery). It's a square part with a few wires attached. I don't think many auto parts stores can test this to see if it works, but if I recall, it's a pretty inexpensive part (had to replace it on my 87 Grand Marquis). Good luck.

Turn the radio off, push and hold the clock key, the volume or the search key will change the time. Push on the right side for the min the left side for the hr. Its been so long since i have changed mine you might have to have the radio on. LOL

To remove impurities

i suggest you replace upper and lowers at yhe same time, you will need a ball joint press either way. but you need to remove steering knuckle as a unit. then press in/out ball joints. not a big deal i you have the tools ,you also could bring the steering knucle to a shop have them press the ball joints in .then reinstall knuckle yourself.

If it is red fluid leaking, then you have a transmission leak.

If it is oil then the rear main oil seal is leaking on the back of the engine.

You need to look at the top back part of the engine to make sure the back of the intake is not leaking oil, check back corners of the valve covers for leaks too.

Need to make sure the oil sending unit that is back beside the distributor is not leaking oil. Ruel these things out before you tackle the rear main oil seal.

this means that either your exhaust/gas value isn't working properly or a bad senor that can be replaced if your under warranty or can pay about 100.00. but unsure if Hyundai acts like Honda in a way that the check light is program to go off just as a check method for the car and as a reminder.....hope this helps

Don't believe last answer is correct, if you meant "O/D off" indicator light is on, then it means your overdrive is turned off, I have a 2001 Tiburon and there is a button located on the my shifter that allows you to turn the overdrive on and off.

Should have 3 bolts attaching it to the bellhousing, 1 or 2 may be possible to remove from under the hood but 3rd will most likely require u getting under the vehicle to remove. Good luck

Shouldn't have to remove center nut - should be peel off rotors should just have to remove caliper and rotor should slide off center hub
