Try to use the Nissan speaker adapters plugs so you don't need to cut wires and mess up the electric system, you can get those from eBay or amazon.

Does "Wait to Start" light come on? Most likely the Glow Plug relay is bad

I have a 2004 Sierra as well and am experiencing the same problem. Only started happening when it got really hot outside. My leafsprings started squeaking as well. If you find a solution let me know. Good Luck.

Could be 10" drumsor if it has heavy duty brakes it could have 11 1/32" drums.

The oil pressure gauge may be fluctuating on a 2006 GMC Sierra if the oil pump is failing or the sensor is defective. This can be the first indicator of a potentially catastrophic failure.

There isn't one. GMC and Cevy trucks don't have fuel reset se witches. Only Ford and Dodge use fuel shut-off switches. Turn the ignition on in your GMC truck but dont start the engine, with the key in the on position remove the gas cap. Place your ear near the filler tube. If you dont hear the humming noise of the fuel pump in the fuel tank then your fuel pump is bad. There is no reset switch.

Depends on the rim width usually. Stock rims you should be able to go to a 305/75. A wider rim I'd stay with the 285/75's. Cut-out fender flares will get you to the 305/75's with a 8" wide rim easily. 285's are about 32" tall, 305's 33".

You have to pull the diff. cover and let it drain. Then replace the gasket. Put the diff cover back on then fill with gear oil. 75w-90 is recommended but 75w-140 could be used if you are towing a lot. Fill to about 5/8" below the fill plug on the top front of the diff.

No you don't have to unbolt the cover. First check to see if you have a drain plug. It will be on the bottom of the differential housing. If you do it will save you money on a gasket.

If you slide in behind the drivers side front wheel and look up at the side of the engine you will see the oil filter. If it's a 4-wheel drive it will be just above the front drive shaft.

cooling system may need flushing. Most service stations and oil and lube shops offer this service fairly cheap. Also it could be your water pump not pumping properly, this usually causes a slight overheating problem.

Underneath your vehicle, a steel threaded cable comes from the back of one hub and is joined by a short cable from the other hub--then the original cable runs to a threaded end with an adjuster nut in it--and one smaller nut on the end outside of that--(this is the equalizer bar)--you'll see it real close to your transmission. You might have to jack-up the back of the vehicle??? Pull the parking brake lever up sharply and then release it. Pull the parking brake lever to the second click and leave it there. You're looking for a slight drag of the brake shoes when you spin the wheels. To increase the drag, get under at the equalizer bar and turn the adjusting nut to take up the slack in the cables. Get out and spin the rear wheels if you think it's to tight. I will say don't be afraid to crank on it for a while as in this case, a little adjustment really does not go a long way. When you think you have the drag right, go back in the car and pull the brake up the the fourth click. At this point the wheels should be locked and you should not be able to turn them even when trying hard. If you can, tighten them up a little more. Once you've done this, release the brake and make sure the wheels spin freely. If they are still binding due to the parking brake, back off the adjustment a little. And that's basically the whole adjustment procedure. Also it must be noted their is a problem with these brakes. They begin to sag and wear out within 36000 miles. You may have to buy a "fix" part from GM and replace the shoes. Good luck. Just to let you know my great grandpa invented the parking break.

The easiest way is to pull the long bolts out of the headlight at the top of the grill, i think a 5.5mm socket fits it, the whole assembly pulls out when they are removed, and it is easily installed.

carefully with a special pully tool you can rent at most part stores. you have to remove the pulley to acess 3 bolts that hold the pump in place. I did it on a 95 1500
