If one has power then they owe it to those around them (under them) or a mass of people relying on them to be loyal, keep the promises they made, show that even with power one is still vulnerable and can make mistakes and own up to it. In other words one with power should NEVER put themselves above others, have empathy yet have the strength to change things for the better and to be responsible for their own actions. Unfortunately the world is loaded with those that don't have any of the above qualities! Total power seems to bring the very worst out in people and there are only a very few that one can look up too with total trust and admiration.

In Ancient Greek literature, Hades (and Tartarus too) is certainly a fiery place. There are writings of a river in Hades made of fire in the called Phlegethon, which means fire, flaming or fiery.

It was the world that Haedes ruled and when people died their souls where sent down there. However people didn't believe the underworld was under anything they thought it was located on earth and it's opening was a cave.

Hades power is to have complete control and dominion of the underworld. He has responsibility of making sure things run smoothly in the underworld, and just being a god.

Some people have a lot of terrible things happen in their life without a break and it can often make that person jaded. Also certain diseases (not yet diagnosed) or certain medications given by their doctor can have a side effect of mood changes. Of course alcohol and street drug abuse can also turn a generally good person into becoming, let say 'a less desirable person to be around.)
