If you are looking for the VSS sensor driving the spedometer it is located on top of the Power Steering speed sensor housing, right below the thermostat housing. First you have to pull the power steering pump to get to the Alternator. There is a bolt on top that has to be removed, than an ajuster bolt on the bottom. The Alternator is pretty easy to get out, but putting it back in, is frustrating, unless you have done it before. If you don't have small hands, have someone else do it who does. It's a tight squeeze getting the ajusting screw back on.

It has 2 belts that must be replaced at 90,000 miles. The cam belt & the balance shaft belt. Replace both belts and I highly recommend you replace the water pump at this time which will save you labor costs later on. The water pump will not last much over 100,000 miles so just replace it now. Warning: This is an interference engine and if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.

It uses the same motor to open and close. Swap the relays under the hood. If that does not work then take the switch out and try swapping the leads for open and close to check the switch. If all else fails and its raining hard you can manually open and close it with a wrench above the center of the back seat, but you will have to remove your head liner. I have a bad motor currently and have to open and close it with a wrench.

Just had my son's door apart for much the same problem. Two cables attach to the window. One winds up as the other pays out and vise- versa. If your window only goes one way then more than likely a cable has detached from the window. That is what I found when I removed the door panel. .

It does fit, but note that the 94-95 cars have an "H" logo emblem on the front of the hood, in 1996-7 this has been moved down to the grille, so if you don't fill these emblem holes before you paint to match, you'll have holes or two "H" emblems, one right above the other.

I found the PCV valve on my 1989 Honda Accord DX (carbureted). It is at the rear side of the engine almost directly below the center of the front edge of the top of the air cleaner housing. The valve is mounted vertically in the intake manifold. The only difficulty is that the air cleaner housing has to be removed -- four nuts, as well as a number of vacuum hoses disconnected. Also ideally I need to do the whole procedure again as I didn't get the valve to seat well in the manifold; I need to find a 2" long (approx.), about 1/2 inch in diameter, piece of copper pipe or somthing similar to tap the valve down into the manifold firmly.

Disconnect the spark plug wires leave the breather tube and pcv valve tube in. Remove the upper timing belt cover. Remove the 4 10 mm bolts on the valvecover. Pull the valve cover off, if it is stuck you can use a small prybar to lift it by using the alternator bracket as leverage. When you get thevalve cover off remove the old gasket and also remove the spark plug gaskets.Install the new gaskets. Before re-installing the valve cover remove the hondabond residue at the distributor and at the Cam sprocket. Squeeze on new hondabond on the four corners of the camshaft caps. Reinstall the valve cover andtighten down all the bolts. Reinstall the Timing belt cover and the breatherhose. Reinstall all spark plug lines.

I have the very same car and was just about to bring it in at Honda for a timing belt and water pump and oil change. However, once I arrived at Honda the person told me I am a year early for the timing belt change.

I have 125,000km. She said for my vehicle its 160,000km or 7 years to change the belt.

You cannot change/reset the firing order. The firing order is determined by the crankshaft, and cannot be changed at all.

Factory specifications call for 105,000 miles (under normal driving conditions).

It should be changed sooner under strenous driving conditions. The timing belt should always be changed if it is showing clear signs of wear such as cracks which could suggest it could fail at any time even before the recommended interval.
