Many vehicles no longer use a radiator drain plug, since so many of them are corroded shut by the time you need to use them. But if your vehicle DOES have a radiator drain plug it will be somewhere on the bottom, usually facing the engine side of the radiator.

BTW, if you can't find a working radiator drain plug, just remove the bottom radiator hose.

Apparently who ever wrote this answer didn't read the question. The question is about a AC drain plug not a radiator drain plug. I am looking for the same thing so please can someone correct this answer.

The fuel pump on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo is replaced by first lowering and removing the fuel tank. The fuel pump can then be lifted from the fuel tank and replaced.

first remove coil wire from dist cap and ground to engine next remove cap you will see a rotor. have somebody turn key as if thay wear going to start watch rotor if it does not turn either gear on the bottom of dist broke or timing chain.if it turns then you have secondary ingintion problem.if you get this far ask another question! I believe your model has a ballast resistor on the firewall; a white 4 prong unit. If it does, replace it, and if that solves the problem and your spark plug wires are old, they could cause it to blow again. Also check the fusible link coming direct off the battery. Good luck

My 1994 Cherokee has very light (Easily steer with one finger) and fairly loose steering but not too much "slack". Check all the steering linkages for slack, or watch under the car as a friend turns the wheel back and forth (With the car off, but wheel unlocked). 2/5/09- I just picked up a 93 with the same problem. I replaced the short connector which comes right off the steering arm, along with the track bar and stabilizer. Handles sooooo much better now. Also put new 225/75's on and she's a real beaut on the highway!

We had an old school (3 generation) radiator shop that used to remove one tank from one end of the radiator core and "rod it out" with various size flat rods. At the same time they would run water through the radiator to flush out the junk. It is probably cheaper these days to just buy a new radiator than to pay for all that labor.

PUT THE GASKET AROUND THE NEW GLASS, YOU WILL SEE A LIP ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE GASKET PLACE A CORD AROUND THE LIP ALL AROUND THE GLASS STARTING FROM THE BOTTOM.LUBRICATE THE OPENING WITH SOME SILICONE SPRAY, PLACE THE GLASS INTO THE OPENING. HAVE A FRIEND HOLD THE GLASS FIRMLY .WHILE YOU GO INSIDE AND PULL THE CORD UNTIL THE LIP SEATS ALL AROUND THE OPENING.

Yes, under certain circumstances, and you need to know what you are doing. What I mean is, if you are going from a M/T to an A/T, you may need to remove the pilot bearing from the crankshaft. If you are going into a M/T, you may have to install a pilot bearing. Is this the same size engine, just a different transmission? Or are we also changing engine sizes, or year models? If so, we might have a conflict in wiring or engine controls, so there may be more questions to consider than just the issue of a different transmission.

2. the radiator fan relay switch on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee is located under the passenger side headlight, easily removed, 2 tiny bolts, but the relay switch will run you around 50 bucks, they are very easy to change, approximately 30 minutes, good luck

if your talking about the flasher its on the left side knee area remove the headlight switch and itll be to the right of the switch

Replacement of Jeep Cherokee Headlight There is a bulb that plugs into a socket dirctly behind the headlight. In order to access it you must lift the hood. Next, you will have to remove the plastic ring that holds the socket in the rear of the headlight housing. Twist the ring CCW (if you are facing the front of the vehicle)until it becomes loose and pull the socket and bulb through the hole. Then using a small flat tipped screwdriver lift out the little tab that holds the lightbulb on the socket and pull the bulb straight out from the socket. {Note: Pay Close Attention to the direction the plastic ring came out from, it is a pain to get back on if you don't. It will only go on one way...to hold the socket in place}
