I manage a Honda Motorcycle/ATV service shop and we do these machines all day long. This is the only engine that you can't overfill with oil. Since it is a hydrostatic transmission, it's basically a big oil pump. In this case: the more oil, the better.

Run the machine to warm it up for a few minutes, then remove both oil drain bolts, and remove the oil filter. Warm oil drains much faster then cold. After it's done draining fill it back up with 5 full quarts of Honda's GN4 10W30, or the HP4S full synthetic. When you've run it for a bit, and pull the cap from the oil sump, it should be all the way full about to overflow.

When the oil level is too low, (or in this case not as high as possible) the transmission may make grinding noises. Not good.

All TJ Wranglers (1997-2006 model year Wranglers) have a 5 on 4.5" wheel bolt pattern from the factory.

Yeah any size rim will fit as long as the bolt pattern is correct. I believe on the 2007+ JK's the pattern is 5 X 5". The TJ's and YJ's are 5 X4.5".

If you mean the security keys with the chip inside them or the grey colored keys. You can't as it would require a new ECU without that function.

Closest thing is to take one of the grey keys and zip tie it to the receiver ring inside the steering column then standard black keys can be cut and used in the ignition.

Yes, It can fit, But you have to buy the screws and inserts at the dealer. The ones installed go on the undercarriage. A total of 6 screws and inserts can be installed with ease. The ones that go on the side body a total of 4 on each side are the ones that have to bedrilled on the rocker panel and then insert the screws. Good Luck

Not without some very drastic modifications to the Rubicon winshield & most likely some other parts. So basically the answer would be no. Watch EBay or local Craigslist for a top from a TJ (1997- 2006 NOT unlimited).

There are a total of seven, all located on the front-end. They are located on the ball joints by the knuckles, pitman arm, tie rod ends, etc. When you find seven, you've found them all. There are no grease zerks anywhere else on a Rubicon.

Pull straight out, they are friction knobs with flat sides, just like the poles the slide onto.

Unless you have an All Wheel Drive Civic, your car does not have a transfer case.

A transfer case is a device that is usually connected to the transmission. In four wheel drive vehicles, it can be selected to provide power to the front and rear axle, thus engaging four wheel drive.

Unless your civic is All Wheel Drive, your car is front wheel drive only. You do not have a transfer case to send power to your rear axle to turn your back wheels. I'm not familiar with any all-wheel-drive Civics made in the US in 1996, but than again I don't know where you're from, and Honda could have made one that I don't know about.

go to zukiworld.com the cheap and easy way is to install coil spring spacers however you can buy lift-kits and body lifts from calmini, rockyroad outfitters, boondox, or bds suspension, probably a few more too. With 1"-1&1/2" spacers you can fit 235/75R15 tires of your choosing on stock wheels, or 29x8.50x15. The 2" and 3" lift-kits will allow up to 31" tires, possibly 33"s with suspension and body lift. Tires over 8.5" wide will require wider rims, 5 lug by 5.5" spacing and at least 3.75" backspacing.

If you can't see it, then it's inside the bell housing and you will have to pull the transmission to change it out. It is probably part of the throwout bearing assembly. If not, since you will have the tranny out, it would be a good time to replace the clutch and pressure plate as well as the throw out bearing. I'd also pull the flywheel and have it re-surfaced. Check out your "U"-joints also while you have off the drive line. You might as well do as much as you can while its apart

Defective light switch.

If you are referring to the viscosity of the oil, 10w40 is the suggested viscosity for the Honda CRF50. Also try to switch to Amsoil and see the difference.
