What is wrong if i can't remove the key from a 1999 kia Sophia?
There is a little white pin in your shifter that could possibly be broken. That happened to my car, sometimes it was hard to shift out of park. That's because the pin wears down and it won't let your key out of the ignition, because the car is not fully in park.

Why wont your car start when it gets warm but it will when its cold?
Right off it sounds like a component gets too warm and fails, but works cold. Is the engine getting fuel when warm? Does it have spark when warm? Knowing the answers to those questions as well as make, model, year and engine size would help to answer your question.
I had a similar problem with a 1987 Chevy Celebrity. I replaced the ignition module and the crankshaft sensor and it runs fine now.

Why wont your 2000 Kia Sephia start when you crank the key?
My experience is that the solenoid on the starter motor gets stuck and does not move, connecting the started motor to the gear.
Just hit the solenoid body with a mallet or with a hammer with a piece of wood in beteen to avoid damaging the solenoid.
There are no "bad" words, only those that are polite and those that may offend.
If you use curse words in public or in company, it is considered rude. Also, if you use a lot of curse words, it shows that you do not have a very good vocabulary to be able to describe things without cursing -- in other words, you look foolish or uncouth.

yes this code requires the tranny man . The explanation is this:
there is a speed sensor buried inside the tranny called input/turbine speed sensor that sends speed signals to the computer.Over a period of time metal shavings build up to the magnetic head and eventually clog the sensor up so bad it cannot send out accurate readings causing a pending po715 code.(are still with me so far). then this continues until the same metal shavings start clogging up other magnetic solenoids, like the torque converter clutch solenoid, until it starts sticking sending a po743 code.Sooooo, to fix this problem $1200.00 to $1800.00 is not an uncommon price to rebuild the tranny. Not what you wanted to read but that's what happens.
remember years ago when transmission shops would say change tranny oil and filer every 15,000 miles. This is never so much MORE true today with the introduction of digital components inside the tranny and magnetic sensors /solenoids.hope this explanation helps.
Should be 12 volts, check the fuel pump relay and clean the ground wire to the fuel pump. In fact clean all the ground connections on the vehicle.

If you have a Kia what happens if you over fill with gas?
There is a recall on some part of the gas fueling area... I forget the exact name, but if you put too much gas into it (at least the 1998 model) the gas will spew back out. I never turned my Kia in for the recall, so I got around this by not overfilling the tank.
Where are the spark plugs located on a '99 Kia Sephia?
On top of engine you will see a black colored plate with KIA DOHC 16 V printed into it. This plate is secured by six (6) phillip head screws. Remove screws and lift off plate. You will see two (2) plug wires and two (2)ignitor blocks. Carefully remove plug wires as you would any other, Ignitor blocks are secured by two(2)screws. BE VERY CAREFULL removing wires and blocks as the sparkplugs are recessed about three (3) inches into the block. Use only NGK brand plugs as Autolite and champion will only work well for ashort period if at all. I know from experiance. It is recommended to replace plugwires every 30,000 miles when you change plugs. Plugwires from aKIA dealer will cost you about $20.00 each. The ignitor blocks will run about $75.00 each, but only if they need replacing. Go to http://www.kia101.com/Spark%20plug%20wire%20coil%20pg1.htm
How do you replace 95 Kia Sephia heater core?
....Well... as I have just found out.......you have to pull apart the whole dash... unscrew the steering wheel from the frame... take out the frame underneath the dash.... and then unscrew the heater side of the heater/ A/C unit. Then it comes out pretty easily. I just did it and it took me about an hour. The problem I have now is that I need to find a heater core... which has been a problem. I'm hoping that I can find one at the junk yard that will fit in my car...... and isn't damaged. I hope that helped.
