I have found that if I use a sharp knife, they are pretty easy to scrape off! My pocket knife works just fine.

If you have sensitive skin laundry detergent can make you itchy. Always rinse well after putting your hands in detergent solutions.

When I used detergents to wash my underclothes I used to get itchy, because the detergents contained enzymes and seemed to make me itch. So I hunted for non-biological detergent and looked at the list of ingredients to make sure it does not include enzymes. This seems to have solved the problem for me.

Routine laundry will easily kill trichomoniasis on your underwear. Also, it won't live long if dried out. Reinfection with your own clothes is impossible.

Blot up as much of the grease as you can with a dry paper towel. Rub the stain with laundry detergent and put it in the washer. Use hot water, unless this is food grease that fried proteins, then use cool water. After the washer check the stain, pretreat and rewash if the stain persists.

Stains on a mirror are normally on the back metallic surface and are not repairable.

YES! You know, if you are "craving" this particular product; you probably could be suffering with a mineral deficinency. Additional Information: I read in a recent Medical Journal that a link has been found between strong craving for laundry starch, cornstarch, even the strong urge to chew ice, can be associated to an iron and zinc deficiency. You need to schedule an appt. with your Dr. ASAP. Tell your Dr. what you are eating and why. It may be embarassing, but this can be serious, you could be anemic. If you are ,do not let your Dr. just treat the anemia, make sure they do tests to find the root cause. Colon cancer has been related to all of these symptoms. That doesn't mean that everyone with unusual substance cravings is caused by cancer, it just means that everyone needs to make sure their Dr. explores all their complaints, and symptoms fully.

Put your iron on WARM! Then get paper toweling. Place the terry towel on your ironing board, put the paper toweling over it and press with the iron for 6 - 7 seconds. It will melt the wax (you may have to do this several times until all wax is melted.) There may be another type of oxygen carpet cleaning that I am not aware of, but I do know of two ways, either using plain soda water (seltzer) directly on stains and using oxi-clean powder mixed with water instead of steam vac solution. Hope it helps!

Get a candle and use it to heat your putty knife. It will slice though the old putty like butter. Just keep reheating the knife.

The best way to soften plumber's putty is to add a little linseed oil and allow it to sit overnight. Knead the putty thoroughly.

This won't do if you're in a hurry, so you could try to hurry it along by kneading it with a very small amount of linseed oil (use gloves).
