how to change alternator beltThat is fairly easy I had the same problem it took me a while hopefully my help will take you less time. ok first off you should already know to disconnect the neg. on your battery. there are two bolts one is located on the top right, and one at the bottem left losen these two bolts and that should let your alternator slide forward, next you will find two pulleys on one rod next to the front right tire turn your alternator belt where the groves are facing up toward the engine and use a large crescent wrench to turn the front pulley turn un till half the belt is be hind the belt on the first pulley then all you need to do is run the belt up to the engine pulley and then around your alternator tighten the alternator back down and then reconecct your battery and drive awayWhere is the EGR valve on a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2?

Remove the circular rubber seal around (there is a pull tab) 5. Look for the wire clip holding the bulb in place. On end has a screw and the other end a metal clip. *** Don't be a jack-ass and unscrew the clip.*** Just unhook the clip by pressing the wire. 6. Remove the bulb.
7. Do everything in reverse w/ a new bulb.
What you are Experiencing is known as a "Flat-spot". It is the result of a fuel air mixture that is too lean, meaning that it isn't getting enough fuel with the air. Had the same thing in the shop the other day on a different year car. Have Mazda richen the fuel to air ratio and the problem should go away.

I had to remove the glove box to get at the right side through there and pop it out, then just pried my way in the left side - had to use quite a bit of force. That factory CD player was garbage.
BUY A STEREO REMOVER KIT FROM WALMART, ABOUT $5.00. IT'S WELL WORTH IT. TAKE OFF THE SIDE CAPS WITH A FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER. USE THE DESIGNATED TOOL (A "U" SHAPE) TO GO IN THE SMALL SLOTS AND RELEASE THE CLASPS. THEN, THE STEREO/CD PLAYER WILL SLIDE RIGHT OUT.

This is a general answer, not specific to your car. The motor must do quite a lot more work in the up direction than down. A motor that is near failing will cause this problem. Particles (metal, glass, dirt) in the gears or chain can also cause the window to go only one way.
Here is something to try: If the window is totally stuck down, gently pull back on the weatherseal, exposing the top of the window glass. Put a small piece of cardboard folded over the top of the window. Now, using a pair of sturdy pliers grab onto the top of the window, using the cardboard to pad the pliers to prevent scratching. Hold tight and pull upward while pressing the "up" button for the window very briefly. Careful not to catch your fingers if the window moves up quickly. This procedure will generally help unstick a window that is firmly stuck down.
