Yes, they're called "missed miscarriages" and have no symptoms. They are often not detected until fetal heart tones are absent during ultrasound. Depending on the stage of pregnancy a doctor will either manage the miscarriage with medication, perform and D+C or D+E or more rarely, induce labour. From Healthsquare.com: At other timesin about 1 percent of pregnanciesthe body does not discharge the fetus, the placenta, or any other elements of the pregnancy for several weeks, even though the fetus has died. This is known as a missed miscarriage. It is a possibility when a woman has neither menstrual periods nor any signs of pregnancy. Breasts may return to their prepregnancy state, for example, or the woman may lose a few pounds. Not all missed miscarriages are preceded by warning signs.

You can find a good time by two indicators - tracking temperature changes in the vagina or by testing the vaginal mucus for consistency changes from sticky to fluid.
Both methods are also used by Catholics to find times when conception is not likely.
What should i do if i had a miscarriage?
I am thinking you mean what medical help you should seek? If you were less than 8 weeks pregnant, and you are experiencing no pain, no fever or infection, it probably means the miscarriage was complete and no medical intervention is needed. A usual miscarriage will be heavy bleeding for couple of days, and continued for up to two weeks but no pain after the initial onset. If you were further along than this, you probably need to be checked out in a hospital to make sure that everything is okay. If after the first day or so you experience continued pain, a fever of any sort, tenderness in the stomach or continue to have pregnancy symptoms, this could indicate something is wrong. If in doubt, always see a doctor.

I was 8 weeks pregnant when i started losing my baby.I thought it was blood clots, but if you look closer its really placenta around the baby, as if it's slimy. You will also have a discharge of blood. My husband also noticed i was a little more cranky but it's too bad.
The most common symptom of a miscarriage is bleeding,if you bleed during pregnancy it may be referred to as a threatened abortion. It can also be detected during an ultrasound exam,if there is bleeding you should visit a clinic to have an ultrasound exam.

Miscarriages is something Mother Nature takes care of and there is nothing we can do to stop it. It usually happens in the first trimester.
The way you are asking makes me wonder if you are wondering about abortion though. In that case you have to go to a doctor. That is the only way.
How long after having a baby does the hcg pregnancy hormone stay in your system?
The maximum HCG is reached between 9 and 10 weeks and then falls until 18 weeks when it remains level until the end of pregnancy. It then starts falling as soon as the placenta is delivered. I am not certain, but I believe it is negligible after 3 days.
What are the risk if i think i had a miscarriage and you dont seek medical help?
If you had an early miscarriage and the pain and bleeding have now stopped and you feel ok physically there should be no problems. If you are still having pain in your belly/having an offensive discahrge/feel unwell then you may not have had a complete miscarriage and need to see a doctor.
Can excessive aspirin and bleeding in the first 6 weeks cause a miscarriage?
Yes!!! Aspirin is a blood thinner and can cause a bleed out, taking the forming embryo with it. Aspirin has also been linked to birth defects and is contraindicated in pregnancy unless you're taking it for another medical condition and under a doctor's supervision. I don't even really want to answer this question. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert and am simply relaying my personal experience. I had 2.5 days of very light brown spotting with tiny, tiny little round things in it and then the spotting got heavier and turned more red. Very quickly after that I passed tons of bright red blood with clots and lost the pregnancy. Throughout the spotting I had mild cramps and backache. You definitely need to get in and see your doctor. They're the only person who will be able to give you the answer you need. Either way - remember that the unknown is almost always scarier than the known. If you end up not being able to keep this pregnancy, remember that your chances of keeping the next one are excellent. Never lose hope.
Can a person have a miscarriage in three days?
Yes you can have a miscarriage at 3 months pregnant, although only a very small percentage do at this point.
Not really true, it is not a "small percentage," compared to the number of miscarriages. True, miscarriages occur during the 1st 3 months, and many do not even realize they were pregnant. It is not always a "real" pregnancy - sometimes an unfertilized ovum will implant, and then sluff off.
More miscarriages happen during the 2nd trimester than the 3rd trimester. Technically, during the 3rd trimester is is a "spontaneous abortion" not a "miscarriage". But if you are "at 3 months" you are right in the zone of "most often".
If you are trying to stay pregnant, and worried about it - see your doctor. Otherwise, good care of your own health is good care of the health of the baby.
What are your chances of becoming pregnant if you got your tubes tied 3 years ago?
its not commen but women have been known to get pregnant in there tubes. this is called a tuble pregnancy.if you do get pregnant in your tubes you would have to go to the hospital and they will have to untie the tubes and inplant the baby in the uterus. if you don't get help and get the baby moved into the uterus the baby will continue to stay in the tubes and die while there and you will end up miscarring and have surgery to remove. in some cases the mother dies from excess blood loss from tuble pregnancy if the matter is not taken care of quickly.
If you miscarry do you always have to have a D and C even if you are only a few weeks along?
It is not required to have a D and C if you are having a miscarriage. I had a miscarriage in 2002 and my doctor asked if I wanted a D and C or if I just wanted to go home and let my body complete the process on its own. My doctor explained that most women choose to have the D and C because it offers a form of closure. You are mentally and physically able to start healing after the process.
Sometimes miscarriages can be misdiagnosed. If your only symptom was bleeding, then the baby may well be healthy. A D.& C. at this stage runs the risk of aborting the baby if misdiagnosed. If combined with bad cramping and tissue loss, the survival chances are not so good, but even then not impossible. If after a miscarriage- real or suspected - you become feverish, that may indicate infection, which is serious.
Possibly, but it could just be a heavy period. The clumps and cramps worry me though. You should call your doctor and talk to them. There are things that need to be done a lot of the time after a pregnancy.
go to a doctor right away.

Would you take someone back if you still loved them and you knew they still loved you?
Depends on how the relationship was when you were together, if he didn't make you happy, of he was abusive in any way, then no - even if i loved him i would say no. If you too argued all the time then i would think twice about it. Ask yourself why you guys broke up and whether you think it is something that could change or not.
When is the earliest after fertilization you can miscarry?
You can have a miscarriage at any time during your pregnancy, but once you reach the second trimester of your pregnancy your chances of miscarriage goes way down. No one ever really knows what causes a miscarriage for instance I had never had one I had three very normal pregnancies and then this last Febuary I had one at 11 weeks and the doctors said they couldn't explain sometimes it just happens. It is thought that up to 50% of fertilised eggs are passed with the period so in a sense that is a very early miscarriage, but the women don't even know they are pregnant.
