pull the steering wheel and loosen the turn signal housing and pull it to the side. Down inside the column you will see 2 black Torx head bolts (asterisk shaped). There are a total of 4 but typically you can only get to 2 of them. I think its the top 2. Anyway, take 1 of them out, apply thread lock and tighten that sucker up. Then do the same to the other. After its fixed, when you operate the tilt, don't flip the lever and let the wheel slam all the way up and in the future. just tightening the 2 small bolts should hold it fine.

It is located near the firewall in just about the middle but more to the passenger side. It almost looks kinda hidden when you find it but just stand on the passenger side and look into the engine space near the exaust. Hope that helps. Was having trouble finding it myself.
