What will i do if my radio Montero of serial no 96d15937 ask me for code?

You should have the radio's code when you bought the vehicle NEW. The dealer can provide you with the code for FREE only if the radio originally came with the car OR if you can provide the VIN # of the vehicle where the radio was taken out from ... The radio's Serial# should match the vehicle's VIN #. Otherwise, the dealer will have to do a research and they'll charge you for it ... BIG BUCKS ... but the dealer should be able to help you provide the code. The alternate way without spending any bucks is do it the old fashioned way. Get a 12V transformer and enter the codes by trial and error. It locks after every third try so, to unlock, disconnect power after every series of three tries for about 3 sec to clear the memory then power it back on again. It's repeatitious and boring but you want to save some bucks, don't you? So make a list from 0001 to 9999 and start crossing out codes that don't work. You can do 10 today, 25 tomorrow, etc... I did mine in 6,973 combination tries and mine has 5-digit code (Honda). Mitsubishi i think has only 4-digit. So you have less work to do.........

Why isn't Pandora working?

What brand of radio can receive TV station programming?

There are many multi-function radios that include TV-audio. But since the total migration of TV to digital broadcasting in June 2009, those radios don't work anymore. So far, nobody has marketed a radio that will play the audio of a digital TV station, and frankly, for various reasons, it's not a product for which you should hold your breath.

I have a 2002 Chevy cavalier and car lost all power while i was driving i tried to push on the gas and nothing happened but the radio was still on but there was no other power getting to the car?

I had the same problem and it was my full pump. But if it died while you were driving, it is your alternator. If it is your alternator, all of your dash lights will come on while your driving and you will lose power to all of your elecrtical components. Such as your ABS, Tracking, headlights, radio, baterry, emergency brake, and all your lights will dim. I had my brother purchase an alternator from a local store/auto zone for around $100-$140. I had him install it. It took awhile for him to do, but was easy for he worked at a car collision center and knew how to do it. If you can find someone who knows how to change it, do that otherwise your looking at a good $300 labor charge.

Why won't 2000 Expedition start when the radio blanks out and is not the neutral safety switch?

The vehicle would start from being cold every time with no problem. After the vehicle had been running for any length of time it would not start (sometimes), the radio would not work, but the ac, door bells and lights and doorlooks would work. Also, the problem was not consistent. The vehicle would start repeatedly with no problem and then wouldn't start after it had been running. At first it appeared to be the neutral safety switch (apparently the radio won't work when that part is out either) but that part was replaced and the problem continued. It turned out to be the starter relay solanoid. Hope this helps someone!

Where do you connect the red power wire for aftermarket radio in new gm?

That depends.

There should be two red power wires on the back of an aftermarket deck. One will be 'constant' power, the other will be 'switched' power.

The 'constant' one always has power, so that radio stations and other settings aren't erased when the vehicle is turned off.

I'm assuming you're not using an adapter harness to connect the aftermarket deck directly to the GM radio harness.(always the preferable option)

Most of the time(when not using an adapter harness) I will locate a pre-existing wire in the dash that is 'constant', and tap into that for the 'constant'.

The 'switched' power can be connected to the factory radio's 'switched' power source. You'll have to figure out which wire that is in the GM harness and connect to that, or (not so ideally) cut that wire and connect it to the deck.

How is a protostar created?

Sometimes. If the total mass is high enough, and if the cloud of dust and gas collapse to reach a high enough density and pressure, nuclear fusion can begin in the core and it will become a star.

If the total mass is not high enough, it may collapse into a "brown dwarf".
