All money owed by its creditors is the money to the Federal Reserve. All money borrowed is at a 5 percent rate on the government books. But, to understand this you must know about money vs. Credit. Credit is not money. Credit is just what it states, Credit. When you purchase with credit card this is just that credit only, no money changed hands so therefore NO consideration moved. Without consideration there is NO valid debt. I have proved this 3 times in court case of my own doing.

Federal Reserve is A private cartel of money laundering. These banks was suppose to be the bank of last resort, but, became the only bank. The Federal Reserve has made about 700 percent profif the last 10 or so years and pay NO Federal income taxes, NONE.

Although one definition of totalitarianism is a unitary government (dictatorship, junta, or oligarchy), the definition actually refers to its operation, in attempting to control all aspects (the total) of a society. Another term for concentrated government is authoritarianism.

In today's environment both Liberals and Conservatives in Congress are looking to lower corporate tax rates. Both Liberals and Conservatives favor a simplified tax code that removes "special breaks" and "loopholes" that were put in the tax code passed by Congress over the years. That said, corporate taxes are part of the tax code and should be "fair." On the question of whether fairness includes higher overall taxes or lower overall taxes in respect to a new code Conservatives are more likely to be in favor of lower taxes and Liberals more likely to be in favor of higher taxes.

For example, a corporate tax rate of 30% prior to closing loopholes and special breaks might be changed to 10% from the Conservative point of view and might be changed to 20% from the Liberal point of view. Both choices are lower than the original 30% but the Liberals want to pay for government and the Conservatives of today have been co-opted by the starve government folks who would take taxes below what was necessary to keep government providing services.

The Inca government was centralized, with the ruler being a descendant of the Sun God Inti. The ruler would not be considered a god while he was living, but was treated as such. You married within your clan and interacted with the government through your clan. You also paid your taxes through the clan.

From 1607 - 1624, Virginia was a Corporate Colony. This was when the king granted land to a company. The company governed this land. The charter companies were usually self-governed and the people retained their English rights.

The governor was elected by those qualified to vote. A two-house legislature, the upper and lower houses were elected by the voters.

Cleveland is geographically divided by east and west by the Cuyahog River. The residents who live east of the Cuyahoga are called east siders and those who live west of the river are called west siders. People in general who live in Cleveland are called Clevelanders.

This is just a personal opinion, however I believe the policy must incorporate the interests of all parties concerned. If most of the interest is placed on producers, and the organizations and their employees, the customer may suffer. If most of the interests is placed on the customer, then the producers, business organizations, and their employees may suffer which would have a negative impact on all parties in the long run. All concerned parties cannot work in separate silos and realize successful outcomes. They must work as integral parts of a greater whole. This is where the development of "learning teams" becomes critical to the stability and long-term survivability of each. It is the development of a common purpose, common cause mentality, instead of self-interests. It is not easy, but it can be done, and is being accomplished in many fortune 500 companies today. These teams are made up of representatives from each area. These representatives are individuals each having an expertise all their own. The teams are multilevel, multicultural (in terms of organizational culture), and cross-functional, and work on the basis of an overall common goal or objective for the benefit of the greater whole, for as it has been stated, "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts." However, in order for that whole to benefit, all parts must be working together in sync, and in harmony, for successful outcomes to be realized.

That would be a monarchy (literally, rule by one person).
