The "Theftlock" theft deterrent system is a feature on all base and uplevel radios. There is no need to program a security code into the radio as in past model years. The theft deterrent system now utilizes class 2 serial data to determine if the radio is in the appropriate vehicle. Each time the radio receives the "run" power mode message, it compares the VIN information it has stored to the VIN information received from a module on the class 2 serial data circuit responsible for transmitting that information. If a mismatch occurs, the radio display will indicate to the user the radio is locked. Once this takes place, a DTC will set, the radio will not respond to any button presses and become inoperative. The two scenarios able to cause this condition are:
- A radio is installed from another vehicle
- A module which communicates on the class 2 serial data circuit which supplies VIN information to the radio is replaced and not properly setup with the correct VIN information for that vehicle
The only way to unlock the radio is by using a scan tool.

Baro sensor has to do with altitude. The higher the altitude the less air gets sucked into the engine. It helps adjust the air fuel ratio. Cars that drive into the mountains may experience drivability problems because the computer is used to a lower altitude and cars the are used to the mountain air may have problems because they are used to the thinner air. Either way, the computer is "supposed" to adjust over time.

To add tranny fluid, you remove thr transmission oil dip stick, and use your newly bought transmission oil funnel which will fit into the transmission oil dipstick tube and add oil, little at a time is best, dont over fill, if the oil shows on the stick at the add line, checking it hot and in park running, you probably only need about a half a quart.

I have a 2001 LeSabre. It has 189,000 miles on it and is still running strongly. With basic care and maintenance, it should go well over 200,000. However, much of that will be determined by the type of driving- short stop-and-go local trips wear a car more than driving at highway speeds. Watch for wear/leakage of seals at the intake, which can cause loss of oil/ coolant. PS- while this is not a car most young drivers would lust after, mine is being driven by my 19 yr old grand daughter as her first car- and she loves "Baby". Comfortable, reliable, good handling, peppy 3800 cc V-6 engine.

It has nothing - no ticky, tick, absolutely dead when I turn the key. But, I do have lights, radio, etc. so battery doesn't seem to be issue
