THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH IS BEHIND THE PANEL UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL THERE ARE 2. ONE IS THE TURN SIGNAL AND THE OTHER IS THE FLASHER.

A grinding noise usually indicated bad wheel bearings.

I'm going to assume that it is similar to the cover on the 1997 Deville Concours. In the '97 you simply 'pull up' on the cover. It has prongs that press and snap into receiver ports in the vehicle proper.

It is located directly on the top of the starter itself. To replace it, you have to remove entire starter first. You have to lay down in front of the center of car see the starter. The solenoid will be round and have a few wires going to it. One will be thicker and it is the actual battery cable. Sometimes a whack with a hammer will get it working a few more times if you are sure it has a good connection to the battery cable and your ignition switch is working correctly.

There are three fuse locations on the 1992 Deville. The first is in the engine compartment under a cover labeled fuse/relay center (also called Maxi fuses). Each is labeled and also labeled under the smaller covers. The second is under the dash on the drivers side. It flips down and the labels are on the inside of the cover. The third is on the passenger side under the knee bolster. I cant find the diagram on this one, which is what I need. Anybody else?

First thing to do is check that the compressor clutch is engaging, when it is not working properly. If the outer pully is turning, as it does whenever the engine is running, and the inner part of the clutch is not turning, that could be your problem bad clutch or electrical connection . The inner and outer parts of the clutch need to be turning for the compressor to function. Have someone turn the AC on and off while you watch the clutch.

Tune up, including correctlty gapped plugs, cap, rotor and wires, higher octane fuel. Check the timimg. The more your timing is advanced, the more likely your engine is to ping. Check cooling system, the hotter your engine is, the more likely your engine is to ping.

I don't know this specific model, I'm inclined to think that it is front wheel. The way you can tell is find where the belts on your engine are. If they are on the side, then it is a front wheel drive, in the front, then it is rear wheel. Another way is take a peek under the rear, if you see a differential, it is rear-wheel. Blown Fuse, defective compressor clutch, or relay, low of refrigrant, bad compressor, etc.

unlock the doors and then push the button on the trunk. If the trunk lock key slot is horizontal you will need to use the key to turn it vertical. Then it will function with the central locking system

To change the rear spark plugs, you have to change them from underneath the car at the rear of the engine, place car on stands or ramps, allow car to cool at least 45 minutes, do one at a time, if the boots are hard to pull off you will need a boot puller or you will pull the end off, you need a 5/8 socket with the end that takes a box wrench, use ac delco plugs, they are expensive but other name brands will give you trouble down the road.

For a 2001 Malibu, you leave your key in the ignition switch turned to the accessory position for 10 minutes. Turn the car off after that and then start it up like normal.

The blower control module is defective.

To check the start operation of a auto air conditioning compressor, install two jumper wires to by pass the low pressure, located near the suction line, and the high pressure switch, located near the discharge hot line. Then remove battery cable, and reconnect to reset on boasrd computer. System should start compressor. If not check the operation of the electric clutch, by also by passing the system connections.

the compressor relay is in the underhood fuseblock drivers side of the engine compartment.

There is a problem with the ABS system. It is part of Traction Control. If the ABS is not working then the Traction Control is not working. You still have standard braking but probably no ABS. Have this checked by a professional, as it can be many things.

its not very hard to do you just take passenger side glove box of and every thing till you can see it then just go from there it not as bad as every one says it is
