Do not do this during an electrical storm.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
Wait 10 minutes.
Remove the bolts holding the airbag bodule/horn pad to the steering wheel (from the back.)
Hold the airbag module with one hand, then with the other hand unplug the horn wire and airbag wire.
Move the airbag module away from the car. Set it down someplace out of the way and face up where other people won't go near it.
Remove the nut and circlip at the center of the steering wheel.
Use a steering wheel puller or two-bolt puller to pull the stering wheel off the column.

Typically each engine bank has its own set of O2 sensors. Depending on how many cat. converters you have on the vehicle will also tell you how many sensors you will need. There is one pre-cat sensor for each bank. Depending on whether you have a cat. for each bank, there may be one or two after cat sensors. The best way is to find the exhaust system and trace it back to the cats. Count the number of sensors. The are an easy replace. Depending on their locations, they simply screw in and out of the exhaust manifold/pipes and will have either a two or three wire electrical connector.
Yes it could be the fuel pump. A worn pump will stick and can free up then stick again. I once took one out and hot wired it with my battery charger to see how it worked and it would run then stick and stop. So the answer is yes it could be intermittent
