How do you stop aquarium filter from making noise?
An aqaurium filter is a very basic machine. Electricity causes a magnetic impeller to spin. Take the aquarium out/off of the tank and take it apart. Plug it in. It should be absolutely silent. If it makes noise with all the parts removed, throw it away. Clean the impeller hole and be sure to seat the impeller properly when you reassemble the filter (this fixes 99% of most noisy filter problems). Noise from a filter is generally a piece of gravel/dirt caught near the impeller, but it can also be a loose impeller fitting or even fluctuating electrical current.

Well, In the 2002, the blower motor resister is behind the glove copartment. You might want to check there.
Try to locate the fan relay and check to see if it is stuck on. To do this pull the relay out and see if the fan stops. If so try replacing it. There may be another relay just like it that operatesa something else that you can temporarily swap to test it. Look for these under the hood usually in the fuse box Check the blower module under the hood . Upper left a when hood is opened. If blower is now running with key off, remove main connector , if it turns off you got it. Rather simple to replace if nec, but a costlly part

This usually means that it depends on continuous flow to work. The fluid supply line to the core could be blocked or routed incorrectly, or the core could be bad. Its possible that a previous owner had a leaking heater core and bypassed the heater core entirely (happened to me) and never told the purchaser.

ADD-ON: if nothing happens when you turn it on it could be a fuse. Check your manual for the location of the fuse panel. Check the fuse for the blower motor or heater depending on how it's labeled.

In the engine bay, remove the inlet and outlet hose from the firewall for the heater core, get a heater hose connector that matches the hose sizes (fair warning they are 2 different sizes but i cant remember) and just join the 2 hoses together with the connector and some clamps. you wont have heat or defrost by doing this though.
ON the coolant resevoir, look for the hose that runs to a tubular metal connection, it is a smaller hose at the top, make sure coolant flows out when the car is started, willing to bet it is blocked from the point where it connects to the heater core unit. I had the same problem. car works fine now

There are a few reasons why there may not be any heat in a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Some of the reasons are a bad heater coil, blown fuses, or even a stuck thermostat.

There could be blockage in the lines leading to the heater core or in the core itself. You might be low on coolant. The blend door may be stuck in 'vent' position. The valve control may have failed. Except for the low coolant, none of these problems are cheap fixes. See a mechanic but take along somebody you trust who is knowledgeable so you don't get 'taken for a ride.'
You could have broke blades on your blower and need to get it replaced or it may just be a broke duct somewhere between your blower and your vent. I use duct tape to fix mine.
