How much money does a tv repair technician earn?

Not enough! People have no clue on the amount of technology that a TV tech has to constantly study just to stay up with the current trends and changes in circuitry from year to year. On top of it all, is the customer that just dropped a few grand on a new TV only to find out that it doesn't last very long before it needs service. Of course they're angry and the minute you walk into their home or they bring it into the shop, you have to deal with upset people who feel put out by their purchase. If that's not enough, you'd have to have a warehouse the size of several foot ball fields to house a parts inventory for all the brands, makes and models, plus millions to cover the cost of those parts. That translates into customers being upset because you have to order parts almost 99.5 percent of the time. Not to mention, the cost of replacement parts. Wanna talk about `sticker shock'? I got out of it last year and haven't looked back. It just isn't worth it.

Why is cardiovascular endurance important for cross country running?

Cardiovascular endurance is imperative for cross country running because you are putting your body to intense aerobic activity for more than one hour every day. When you train for cross country, you are most likely running approximately 50 miles a week (it varies among high schools, and is a lot more in college!). Therefore, you must have a strong heart to endure the long distance.

Moreover, it is imperative because cross country races are either 3 miles, 5000m, 8000m, 10000m. Clearly, this is a large distance to be running at a fast pace. Cardiovascular endurance will help you maintain your pace for that distance.

Are saltwater pools safe for people who have high blood pressure?

I am not so sure. I have found that swimming in the sea definitley raises my blood pressure. The older you get, the more you notice this.

Not likely.

If your assumption is that the salt in the pool water is causing high blood pressure (like a high salt diet), then the answer is definitely, no.

The amount of salt in a saltwater treated pool is very low (around 0.5%, which is one-half of one-percent). This concentration of salt is about half as much as a teardrop (1%) and nearly eight times less than sea water (3.75%).

And since the salt in the water can't be absorbed through your skin, you would have to drink a LOT of pool water while you're swimming to intake any significant level of salt.

I'm not a doctor, but I would like to suggest that everyone eat right, exercise, and see a doctor if you think you have high blood pressure.

And keep swimming - it's great exercise.

I was wondering if anyone has used the Ab Circle Pro and if you did how did it work?

All these gadgets that they show for tummy reduction work but they dont.
They say, they work on your ab muscles and make them strong.
They dont work because, they can only tone up ab muscle and not remove fat from ab alone. Your body preserves fats especially in your ab due to natural reasons. So a healthy lifestyle comprising of good food habits, regular activity to burn calories coupled with ab workouts are a good idea.

That's 210 minutes - or only about 2 percent of your total week. These, of course, are minimal standards for those who are just beginning an exercise program or for those who are deconditioned. .

What does cardiovascular endurance have to do with gymnastics?

Compared to many other sports gymnastics is not oriented towards cardiovascular fitness. Because strength and power are so important in gymnastics, too much work on endurance exercises actually reduces strength. The only endurance important in gymnastics is muscular endurance. Events such as women's uneven bars, men's high bar, parallel bars, rings and pommel horse require more muscular endurance and strength. The longest routines are no more than 90 seconds for men and women's floor exercise and the balance beam. Floor exercise requires a cardio-fitness foundation but this is the only event in gymnastics. Most high level gymnasts work endurance by performing routines and stay away from jogging and other forms of aerobic exercise. The primary focus in training is short-term energy systems, strength, power and speed.
