Can you get electrocuted from peditox?
I did! It burnt my face, lips and inner body tissues...and I have a constant pain syndrome now as a result.....It has negatively affected my whole life......it triggered Environmental Illness so severely that I need to live in my car most of the time, instead of indoors! My tissue starts to burn from exposure to wifi (wireless internet) cordless phones and cell phones which are found in most indoor places these days.....my whole life changed radically after using Peditox in negative ways I can't explain here in entirety.......so I ask you to do me a favour, please do a good quality foot bath, if you even ever touch such a thing.......I can't even work anymore....and I may not be able to for the rest of my life, because of the disability Peditox has caused me.....I live outdoors most of the time, even in the winter, because the pain is too severe to be inside.....I can't use computers or phones much or be in public places for long, because I am now highly sensitive and reactive to electromagnetic radiation......I am beginning a class action suit against this company......I hope this note can help save you from having this same experience....It is a nightmare! Peditox has not only made me hyper-sensitive to wireless signal and electricity, it has also made me hyper-sensitive to chemicals and fragrances.....detergent, deoderant, shampoo, soap, cleaning products....even on other people!.....and I only have 2 sets of clothing that I am not reactive too, and I have to use Nature Clean products for everything, or I have severe reactions.......it's a very complicated life now and limited in so many ways I can't list them all.....please be careful!
How much of the world do Coral Reefs cover?
Less than 1%. I hope that wasn't a question in your homework. The previous answer was ridiculously wrong!
I did the math, and they cover nearly 7%. Check it for yourself - the surface area of the world is 510 million square kilometres, and the surface area of the oceans is 361 million square kilometres. Coral reefs cover nearly 10% of the ocean's total area. 36.1 million over 510 million x 100 gives you just over 7%, but the real figure is slightly less because coral reefs account for NEARLY 10% of the ocean's surface area. Even if it was 9.5% of the ocean's area, coral reefs still cover over 6.7% of the world's total surface area. Hope this helps!

What male salt water or fresh water fish gives birth?
The only male fish that gives birth to young is the seahorse. He actually is not giving birth, but retains fertilized eggs in his body and releases them when the eggs hatch.
YES!!! it crushes everything into a singularity. you would be spread out into data. it would appear like nothing is happening and time would slow down. then you would be sucked up into the black hole becoming jumbled up with all the other matter that has been crushed, and theoretically teleported into a dimension without black holes(please note i think that theory is just BS) where you would theoretically be able to take back the information in the black hole. So yes you would die but THEORETICALLY you would be able to be reasembled (kind of)

If Oscar's change in color is it a sign of aggression?
Oscar fish typically change color as a means of communication, displaying their mood or reacting to their environment. While intense color changes can sometimes be associated with aggression, it's important to consider other behaviors like flaring fins and body posture to determine their overall state. It's best to observe the fish's behavior and environment to understand the reason behind the color change.
What is the largest species of fish?
There are over 30, 000 species. About two thirds of which live in the ocean.
There are about 28,000 species of fish swimming around. That's a lot. A link is provided to the Wikipedia article on fish so you can check the data and learn more.
Nobody knows for sure, but some scientists have said there may be 28,000 different kinds
so far over 24,500 species.
Too many to count, and there are still some yet to be discovered. so far over 24,500 species
What would happen if a slug was put in fresh water?
If a slug is placed in fresh water, it would likely be able to absorb water through its skin, which could potentially lead to an increase in its body weight and hydration levels. However, extended exposure to freshwater can disrupt the balance of salts and minerals within the slug's body, leading to potential health issues or even death.

What are some examples of biological filtration in a reef tank?
Some examples of biological filtration in a reef tank include nitrifying bacteria breaking down ammonia into nitrites and then into nitrates, macroalgae absorbing nutrients like nitrates and phosphates, and live rock providing surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonize and process organic waste.

Setting up a fresh water aquarium?
This is going to be a very long explanation. You Need:
An aquarium - buy as large an aquarium as will fit in the proposed space. A kit with filter and light included is ideal, but you will need to buy these separately if they aren't included.
Gravel - choose a mixture of medium to coarse gravel and very fine sand - you can buy non-clouding sand from the pet shop/lfs (local fish shop, common abbreviation I will use through article.)
Non-living decorations - bogwood, stones etc. that you plan on using in your aquarium setup.
Ammonia and ammonia, nitrite and nitrate testing kits.
Water dechlorinator When you get the tank home:
Position the aquarium. Rinse the gravel thoroughly with dechlorinated water until water runs clean. Aquascape gravel. Rinse ornaments and put them in place. Rinse filter media and put them in the filter. Fill aquarium with dechlorinated water.
Go to www.fishforums.net and go to the beginner's forum. Read the article about fishless cycling.
'Cycling' is a vital process referring to the nitrogen cycle. The biggest and most common mistake new aquarium enthusiasts make is adding fish to a new aquarium without cycling it first. Fish waste is ammonia, and ammonia is toxic. In an uncycled tank, ammonia will poison your fish. In a cycled aquarium, bacteria growing in the filter and the gravel convert ammonia to slightly less toxic nitrite, and nitrite into only slightly toxic nitrate which live plants will use.
Often, cycling is done by putting some really tough fish in the aquarium to add ammonia and using them to cycle it, but this is a welfare issue. Fishless cycle is far preferable.
Cycle Your Aquarium Before You Do Anything Else. While the tank is being cycled, you can probably start adding live plants if you want them in there. Once the tank is cycled and planted:
Leave the tank run for three days after being cycled. (Cycling may take weeks, don't get impatient! Adding instant cycle products are not very reliable. Adding filter media (sponge, bioballs etc.) from a mature tank will speed cycle time).
Now you can start adding fish. Stocking:
Different species will be available depending on the setup, the size of the tank and what you like. I recommend guppies, platies and goldfish for beginners.
Do all species of carp eat algae?

However, some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to certain types of algae, so it's always recommended to do a patch test first before using algae-based skincare products.

The growth parameters of fish vary depending on the type of fish that is being assessed. Growth parameters are used to determine the age of fish based on their size. A growth chart is used to measure growth parameters.
How do you tell if snails are girls or boys?
Well I have heard two answers,
Actually that is wrong. Girl hermit crabs have gonopores. If you turn the hermit crab upside down (PLEASE BE CAREFUL) and it goes out kind of far (DON"T PULL IT) and if it has to little dots on each side, it is a girl.
