The sensor in question is the downstream catalyst monitor (O2 sensor) located on the exhaust pipe that comes off of the front exhaust manifold. But we really need to establish something so that you do not replace parts unnecessarily. A fault code from a sensor, especially an O2 sensor NEVER automatically means the sensor is bad. It means the PCM (main car computer) sees a reading that it doesn't like from that sensor.
In the case of an O2 sensor code, it means that the O2 sensor is either too rich or too lean, or not responding fast enough to suit the PCM. It could be a bad O2 sensor, or what usually is the case, is that there is a problem that is forcing the O2 sensor to read out-of-normal range, something like a vacuum leak, engine misfire, or in the case of your catalyst code, a bad catalytic converter.
The funny thing is, that you may actually replace the catalyst monitor (Downstream O2 sensor), and erase the code, then drive it, and think that you've fixed it, but you haven't. That particular code is a low-priority code, so it takes several consecutive drive cycles with that same problem, to get it to turn the light back on.
Don't blame Ford, blame the EPA. They are the ones who decided that the system has to operate this way for all cars sold in the US.

The low oil pressure light means exactly that, your engine's oil pressure is low. First off stop the engine and check the oil level after about 5 mins to let the oil drain back into the oil pan and get an accurate reading. See if you are low on oil. If you are top it off to the full mark. If your oil level is fine, and the oil pressure light is coming on, your oil pump may be going out, I find it hard to believe that with it being a 2004 that you have that many miles on it to tell you that the engine may need rebuilding BUT if the engine's maintenance has been neglected and no one has changed the oil and filter, the dirty oil circulating through the engine can cause your bearings to wear out warranting a rebuild. Let's hope it's just a case of either low oil or the oil pump is going out.
There are seals in the valve cover that over time can detereorate and cause oil to enter the spark plug tubes. This oil can then seep between the plug and the wire which can make a better path to ground then the spark plugs gap would and cause a misfire. answer The bottm oil ring on the piston could be broken and instead of that ring wiping the oil off the cylinder wall as it goes on the down stroke, the oil is still on the wall and then egst pushed to the top and included in the combustion chamber. The oil will foul the plug and yes it will set off a msifire. Get a compression check on all 4 cylinders and see what reading you have. All it is is a pressure test. There is a pressure gauge you can buy and screw it into the spark plug hole and get readings yourself if you so wish.

That depends on a number of things. Location, size, etc... gas vapors require a spark or very high heat/pressure to ignite, and those things can absolutely happen. The likelyhood of the fuel in the tank igniting due to the leak is probably low because of the high volatility of gasoline and the required amount of air required to ignite it, but ultimately, no one including myself will tell you it's safe for liability reasons. fyi, motorcycle gas tanks vent to the atmosphere (aka leak vapors).
