Replacing the turn signal switch involves replacing the entire turn signal assembly. Remove the screws from the steering column cover to remove the top of the steering column. You can take off the bottom (I was able to work around it). There are only a few screws holding the turn signal assembly. Remove the screws and unfasten the electrical connectors.

When I asked the shop guy if the job included a lube, he told me no, that the fittings on those cars are sealed. Probably the same on your car, if indeed, the fittings are sealed. FriPilot In fact there are two that need to be greased. They are on the outter tierods. Lube shops never do their job, i always lube them myself. The best way to know is to remove the tire and have a look, if you see this kind of tierod then it needs grease. Look for the connector ontop of the tierod. Just.

Without a code reader (you can buy one for about $80 at most auto parts stores), you can sometimes erase the codes by disconnecting the battery cables.

Most newer code readers allow you to erase the computer memory.

if you are looking for the firing order its 18436572 and the plug #'s are oposing each other with #1 cylinder on the front left

not a nice job to change oilpan on a chev, u need to unbolt engine mounts and jack engine up so u get enuff clearance to remove oil pan

I've done this in 2 camaro's '88 5.0L and an '86 2.8L, both in the same spot= right in front of the rear drivers side tire. its under the body and goes parralel to the axles.
