It very well may not have one. Go to an auto parts store that sells Purolator filters such as Advance Auto Parts, and ask for a cabin filter for this vehicle. If it does indeed have one the Purolator filter comes with complete instructions.

Do some armchair shopping on the internet to find out the costs on bathroom fixtures. Price toilets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, flooring, plumbing needs, light fixtures, paint - basically everything you will need. Then try to figure out how many hours your project might consume, then add 40% more time for those little surprises that nobody counts on happening. Figure out how many hours you think the project will take, then add another 50% more time to that, then multiply that by what you think your fair wage, and what others would be willing to pay, should be. Then add another 30% to that. Add it all up together and summarize, and if you think it's reasonable, then go for it.

It is a pain in the butt however: 1. disconnect battery terminal 2. raise and properly support vehicle. 3. remove mounting bolts from starter (2 in bell housing 1 front support on starter) 4. lower starter and disconnect wires from starter. 5. slide out starter towards rear of vehicle (it is very tight fit but will come out) 6. installation is reverse ( have fun!)

# To remove the stock radio all you need to do is gently pull on the middle console. It is held in with clips so just pull strait out. I recommend that you start from the top just to get the feel of how the clips release. # Then to get the radio out all you need to do is unscrew three bolts and your good to go. # Be careful when pulling radio out...as there is the wiring harness.

1. Remove the throttle body.
2. Remove the battery box.
3. Remove the oil level indicator and tube.
4. Disconnect the brake booster hose (6) from the brake booster.
5. Disconnect the MAP sensor electrical connector (3).
6. Disconnect the MAP sensor wiring harness retainer (4) from the intake manifold (5).
7. Disconnect the PCV dirty air tube (2) from the camshaft cover.
8. Remove the generator.
9. Disconnect the engine wiring harness retainer (1) from the intake manifold (2).
10. Remove the 2 upper bolts securing the engine wiring harness bracket to the intake manifold.
11. Raise and support the vehicle only high enough to access the remaining components through the wheelhouse.
12. Remove the left front wheel.
13. Remove the left front wheelhouse liner.
    • The battery cable
    • The engine (4, 6)
    • The MAP sensor (5)
14. Disconnect the following wiring harness retainers from the engine wiring harness bracket:
15. Remove the remaining engine wiring harness bracket bolt. Remove the bracket from the engine compartment through the wheelhouse opening
16. Remove the intake manifold bolts.
17. Lower the vehicle.
18. Remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head.
19. Remove the seal from the intake manifold. Discard the seal.
20. Mask off the open ports to the cylinder head, in order to prevent foreign objects from entering the engine.
21. Clean and Inspect the intake manifold.

check fuel pressure also could be a computer issue. ,no spark.

I have a 96 2.2 and had to drop the exhaust from the manifold in order to change the starter. and goos luck.

I just did this this morning. Once you remove the caliper and brake pad frame, you have to beat the rotor with a heavy hammer. Work around methodically in a circle and avoid hitting the threads on the studs for the wheel. I started from behind and then whack the front side. It will eventually free up.

I would recommend using a heavy rubber mallet, or a piece of wood when loosening the rotor, not a metal hammer. Unless your plan is to replace the rotors with new ones. Replacing or not, take the opportunity to check those bearings and bearing seals while it's apart :)

I am not sure. My 05 locks will not work at all after I changed out my bad battery. driver side window will not work either. looks like I will have to pay a vsit to the dealership.

Check with your local dealership. GM had a recall on the brake swithes. So even if you bought this truck used, it should still be covered for free?

The air filter on an s10 is located on the drivers side near the front in a rectangular case that comes off with a few screws. There is a big air tube running right into the top of it, did you actually look with your eyes open.

It is mounted vertically (straight up and down) on the passenger side of the truck in front of the front end cross beam.
