On the left side of the engine between the engine and the firewall, half way down the engine in the back.(under the alternator) PS your gonna need a funnel a long thin one.

if its a 3.1 its just above the oil filter and if its a 3.8 there is 2 one in the front next to the starter and in the rear under the exhaust manifold

Have the two front wiring harnesses to the hub bearings replaced. This fixed the problem on my 2001 impala ls.

When pushing release button you should hear a clicking noise from the trunk area.If you don't hear anything the cause could be the fuse,relay,switch,actuator,or wiring.If you can hear a popping or click noise from the trunk area and you can help the lid up, it may just be a simple adjustment of lid or actuator.

Drain the radiator into a container. Remove the upper radiator hose at the engine and remove the 2 bolts in the thermostat housing. Remove the thermostat and clean the surfaces. Install the new thermostat ,upper radiator hose and refill the radiator.

after you pop the hood, look on both sides of the headlight and u'll see some badge tabs. you have to pull these upward to release it. the actual lights will just twist out, unplug it and plug in the new 1

Could be Warped Rotors. Have them checked.....

Drain the radiator in a container. Remove the top radiator hose from the engine. That is the thermostat housing. Remove the 2 bolts and the housing. Remove the thermostat and clean the surfaces where the housing mates to the intake. Install the new thermostat and housing with the 2 bolts. Reinstall the upper hose and refill the radiator.

Remove lower seat bottom. Remove two bolts from bottom of seat back. Lift seat back off of its hooks. Remove from car. Use Philips screwdriver to remove 4 screws holding speaker grille to seat back frame.

The 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS fuse box requires a 20 amp fuse for the taillights. A 30 amp fuse can be used when a 20 amp fuse is not available.

Call a local muffler shop for cheapest rate. Price range from $150-400 depending whether they use a universal or complete assembly from dealer. Also, in the US, all dealers have to replace defective catalytic converters for FREE if it falls under the 8yr/80,000 mile warranty.

Check the fuses in the Impala. It sounds like there is a common power loss to these circuits causing the problem.

Long shoe on back side, short shoe on front side, what else do you need to know?

Any engine that the 03 Impala came with takes 4.5 qts.

If you do mostly city driving the 350 will do better because of the torque required to get it off the line. If you do more highway driving the 283 is a better choice for fuel economy.

brake booster could be bad the seal around the rod that hooks to the brake pedal is leaking

There seems to be none. Neither the Owner's Manual or the Haynes Repair Manual show a fuse for the Windshield Washer Pump...

It should be in the fuse box, it's a round silver or chrome plug in that just plugs into the fuse box.

Mine did that about a year ago it was low on transmission fluid so I would try going to your local repair shop and having them check it out.

It may also be your shifter solenoid, which goes out on these transmission frequently.

means its time for a new trannsmission, and you probably put it in gear when moving .... i have an impala and if u take it out of gear when it is in motion say good bye to the tranny

when you open the drivers side door you need to remove a panel door that will allow you to access the fuse box locate the the red button to the left side and press it a couple of times until you see your tire light flash after it starts to flash hold it in for a couple of seconds and you will hear a chime 4 times and you light will be reset you need to have your key turned on but not running to be able to do this.
