England and Australia are being hit very hard by swine flu at the moment. And might be the worst places to go in terms of swine flu. But we all seem to be doing ok at this time.

You need to see a doctor: you may have a serious reproductive disorder that could prevent you from ever having children, there may still dead blood in your system or you may get a serious infection. In most cities (I only know of these clinics in the USA) in there are Family Planning and Maternal Health Clinics run by the Government; (these are NOT Abortion Clinics). Look in the phone book under "Womens Health" "Family Planning" and tell the person who answers the phone that you have had a miscarriage. They will know what you should do, and the cost is very low, or none at all. I know this because I worked for the Department of Public Heath for six years as a medical assistant and interpreter (English/Spanish). If you still don't want to go to a clinic, PLEASE, see a doctor somewhere.

yes it will . actually people that have got ton the flu shot have a higher chance of getting the flu and it worsens if you have physical contact with people that have it i cant stress it enough to make sure you wash your hands and make sure your in a clean environment the more dirtier you are the less you have with not getting the flu it spreads and spreads and people are dying cause of it please stay clean

Not sure what the answer is it might vary state by state. I know a few years ago that was discussed. But with the advent of the walk-in care centers like Walgreens has- the nurse practicioners want to protect their turf. The pharmacy schools have had training for their graduates but I know Northeastern University in Boston, MA specifically kept certified pharmacy technicians out. Depending on the age of the infant, they may not be able to have a flu vaccination at all. Until they are 6 months old, infants can not be vaccinated for the flu because their immune systems are too immature. Some types of flu vaccines can not be used for children under age 2.

In the winter we are inside more and breathe the air of people who are coughing and sneezing, increasing our exposure to viral particles in the air. In the summer we are outside more and so we come into close contact with infected people less often. There is some evidence that getting wet and cold may lower our immunity slightly. If you want to swim in the winter, just make sure you dry off thoroughly before going out into the cold, and wash your hands frequently to avoid picking up wiruses form the world around you.

The elderly, 65+, are those who could be on Medicare and that is the same demographic as those who have the most complications and secondary conditions due to the seasonal flu. Estimates of the number of people who die each year in the US from influenza are as high as 36,000, most of whom are the population who have Medicare coverage and also the very young. It is in the taxpayers' best interest to help them avoid getting the flu with use of vaccinations, because the cost of care of a serious complication of the flu is tremendously higher than the costs of this preventive medicine which also prevents them from giving it to others who may be even more vulnerable.
