When you sign the ticket you are not saying that you are guilty or innocent, you are promising that you will either show up to court or pay the fine. If you refuse to sign the ticket just about any state will send you to jail. If they have reasonable suspicion that you won't be showing up, the police can send someone to jail until they speak to the judge.

What are the lyrics to prisoner of society?
Well we don't need no one to tell us what to do
Oh yes we're on our own and there's nothing you can do
So we don't need no one like you
To tell us what to do
We don't refer to the past when showing what we've done
The generation gap means the war is never won
The past is in your head
The future's in our hands
Cos I'm a brat
And I know everything
And I talk back
Cos I'm not listening
To anything you say
And if you count to three (one two three)
You'll see there's no emergency
You'll see I'm not the enemy
Just a prisoner of society
Well we don't need no one to tell us what to do
Oh yes we're on our own and there's nothing you can do
So we don't need no one like you
To tell us what to do
Cos I'm a brat
And I know everything
And I talk back
Cos I'm not listening
To anything you say
And if you count to three (one two three)
You'll see there's no emergency
You'll see I'm not the enemy
Just a prisoner of society
Well we don't need no one to tell us what to do
Oh yes we're on our own and there's nothing you can do

Bhagat Singh escaped to Calcutta disguised as a wealthy personage. He remained quiet for several months, but became active again when Public Safety Bill and the Trade Disputes Bill were being debated in Delhi. As his group resolved to explode a bomb to express disapproval of the bill, Bhagat Singh and B.K. Dutt volunteered to carry out the plan. They were seated in the gallery of the Central Assembly Hall awaiting the reading of the proclamation that would enact the bills. When the announcement was made, Bhagat Singh jumped up and threw a relatively harmless bomb behind one of the members' benches. There was an explosion, followed by still another from a second bomb. No one was seriously injured. Bhagat Singh and Dutt began shouting revolutionary slogans and threw leaflets explaining their in tent of making "the deaf hear" with the loud noise of explosion. Both were promptly taken into custody. As the trial proceeded, a statement, written in its entirety by Bhagat Singh, was read in defence of the two accused. Bhagat Singh said that "force used for a legitimate cause has its moral justification." He and B.K. Dutt were found guilty and sentenced to transportation for life. After the sentence had been pronounced in the Assembly Bomb case, Bhagat Singh was bound over for trial in the Saunders Murder case, approvers having identified his role in the killing. While awaiting trial in the Lahore Jail, Bhagat Singh started a hunger strike in behalf of political prisoners. The fast was continued even after the hearing of the case began on 10 July 1929, and was subsequently joined by many others. It was not until after the death of one of these, J.N. Das, on 13 September 1929, that facilities were promised to the prisoners and the hunger-strike abandoned.
If your stay in Country Jail was to serve a sentence for another separate offense - when that sentence is concluded you will be shipped off to prison to serve the sentence for whatever felony offense you were found guilty of. If the police come looking for you at your house. do you have to open the door?
It depends on whether you are charged with a misdemeanor or a felony.
Unless charged with a felony, the police are not allowed to break down your door. They can request a leasing office in an apartment building to open your apartment, but that's as far as it goes. Now, the longer you delay the less lenient a judge will be when they finally do arrest you, however. Also, if unable to pick you up at home they will eventually pick you up during their annual roundups when you're not home or when they pull you over for some random driving mistake or just because they felt like running your plates.
If you ARE charged with a felony, they can do whatever they want to get you and not opening the door will make you arrest much more unpleasant than it needs to be.
If the police have a warrant for you they can enter and search IF it's your primary residence.
They can enter regardless if it's a misdemeanor or felony if they have a warrant.
Normally police won't break in unless they believe it necessary and like it was said above they will catch you sooner of later.
If it's a very serious crime or exigent circumstances apply odds are they are coming in regardless.
Best thing to do if you find out you have a warrant is call the local PD and tell them you want to turn yourself in.
They can not enter the house unless (2 reasons) have a warrant or have probable cause. But that doesnt mean that they cant detain you outside until a warrant is received.
