People have realized that in a democracy, all contributing members of society should get the right to vote. Women should not be discriminated against because of their sex and deserve the right to vote just as men deserve the right to vote.

No, the government should not actively stop any racism between blacks and whites or any other race as one should be free to form their own thoughts and opinions. To stop racism, it should be on the individual at hand and those around them who care enough to educate and teach tolerance, but still let the final decision rest on that said individuals shoulders; that would mean they actually want to change themselves and are sincere as opposed to just being forced and are appeasing.

Whenever someones racism goes as far as to infringe on the rights of others, that's another story and is against the law in the US.

The Americans took over the Philippine's, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Guam, after the Spanish American war, which had no bases, these were Spanish Colonies, the last ones they had over almost 400 years, but the Monroe Doctrine, wanted America for the Americans, the ones who lived in the USA of course so they took these lands and made these countries part of the USA empire, as Panama was part of Colombia but since the Colombian Government did not allow the building of the Panama Canal, they invented a country that we now know as Panama, and of course that way the canal was built, as far as Hawaii is concerned they had trade with the Hawaiian king but when he wanted to raise the price of the Hawaiian goods the Americans took over.

Likely, you mean rap and hip hop artists, so the reason why is because, most of them are black themselves. Being used by blacks carries a different meaning than if used by whites.

Though not all will take kindly to the word being used by anyone at all, some understand that when used from another black person, it is more on a level of understanding and flipping its meaning than on a level of trying to make them feel less than human, which the latter is often the meaning when used by someone white.
