If it's anything like a '99 Stratus, there are two Philips screws in the inside bottom of the console compartment - remove them.
Then carefully pull up the plastic covering around the gear shifter (the covering w/ the P(arking), N(eutral), D(rive), R(ear), etc. letters) - this cover is attached with snaps, so you should just have to firmly pull up on it to remove it. NOTE: pull the emergency brake all the way up, so it's not in the way when you take the console completely out.
Then underneath the cover are two more Philips screws holding the front of the console to the shifter - remove these two screws. BE CAREFUL to only remove the two screws securing the console, because there are more screws down there that don't need to be removed.
That's it! Then pull up on the entire console!
