The best thing to do is to purchase a complete new hinge assembly and replace it. These GM type vehciles were notorious for the hinges going bad.
AlsoIf you take the hinge out most part stores sell the repair kit (the brass bushings and new steel pins) in their HELP! section. It's not too hard to do.I have a 86 Monte and the doors sis sag down and you had to slan them shut, but all you need to do is replace the upper pin, not the whole hinge. you need to take your door off and hit the pin out and put the new bushings back in the right spot and you have to mallet in the pin whenthe bushings are allready in place. your going to need a jack with a towel over it or another perosn to help put the door back on.

You must turn the key to accessory mode and find a small hole in the housing where the barrel is. Push in with a paper clip or very small screw driver and pull the key and barrel out. When installing the new one, make sure you turn the key toward accessory mode before insterting it into the housing. You will hear the spring "click" Turn the key off and remove the key. DONE!

start by draining gas tank then jack truck up don't forget to trig wheels, remove straps that hold gas tank to chassey, use penatration oil on bolts, disconnect filler hose and vent hose lower tank disconnect fuel lines and wiring, remove tank from under truck now you will have to remove sending unit from gas tank that is where you will find fuel pump unscrew old pump, install new pump. Replace everything same way you took apart.{p.s. becarfull not to damage locking ring that holds sending unit in place

The DPFE sensor is the back pressure sending sensor that controls the EGR valve.
The Location ( on a 99 E150 ) is on the driver's side upper rear area of the engine.
It is best to remove the inside engine cover to get to it. You can see it from the hood area if you shine a light and look back to the area looking above the mass air flow sensor then along where the 3rd back spark plug is. Look for a silver rectangular device about 2 " tall X 4" long 1" thick. It has a plug to the rear on the face and two 3/8" hoses coming out and going down from it. To replace or check voltage etc. take the inside engine cover off ( some people refere to this as the "Dog House" ) . Hope this helps. I know I could not find the location on the net so I thought I would share.
