This question is vague. Detox for what? To take a urine drug test? Or just for the sake of detox? I can tell you this. I know people who smoked more than that everyday, simply counterbalancing it with simultaneous heavy beer drinking. IT SOUNDS STUPID, BUT this worked for two reasons. Firstly, they had to urinate often, causing all toxins to be expedited out of the body. In addition, although THC is fat soluble, it also gets absorbed into alcohol, meaning that as one drinks, the THC would be absorbed, and as alcohol leaves the system much faster, about 1 drink every hour (in your case, probably faster since you're kind of fat) the 'detox' process would be faster as well. This isn't a science though. So don't rely on it.
Generally, however, the rule is this. If you smoke everyday, multiple times a day, a urine test has potential to pick it up for as long as a month after, though this is unlikely and other factors also come into play. These include things such as diet, including and especially the amount of water you drink, and the amount you smoked, including the potency of your 'dank nuggets.' A person who smoked more sparingly would only show up on a urine test for a few days after smoking. Hair tests would show up positive for as long as the hair has been on the body. Fat tests will show up positive forever (but let's be treal, nobody's ever going to give you a fat test unless you're trying to become secret service or something like that).
As for just detox of the mind, I suppose that's more a person by person case. Seeing as it isn't really 'addictive' or bad for you for that matter, it's up to you what you want to do with yourself. I guess I would suggest detoxing indefinitely, since it isn't 'addictive' but its definitely addictive, if u catch my drift, but I think we all you that's not going to happen. I will say this, you're 5'8 and 240 lbs, so those extra lbs will kill you a lot faster than weed itself ever will. Stop eating McD's, Holmes (unless you're a body builder, then weighing that much makes sense).

Once you're on the list, you're there until the FDA changes its laws regarding whatever put you on there in the first place.
You can't really prove it, but you can have their test results disputed. If you have another independent test performed (you'd have to pay for it or get a lawyer to deal with it), and those test results dispute the others, you could then establish a legal challenge to their data.
Your best option is probably to get an independent analysis done, then if it disputes the other report, get a lawyer to sort it out. You should ALWAYS have a Lawyer when dealing with Comp issues or you will get screwed - period.
I am a physician who has previously contracted with One Call Medical. They never influence the results. One Call Medical makes the same amount of money no matter how the results turn out for you, they are a broker, they simply connect your employer's work comp carrier with doctors who perform EMG/NCS. However, there are other factors that could influence your results. One Call Medical pays less for their EMG/NCS than if the insurer contacted the testing physician directly. One Call Medical also typically does not pay for more elaborate testing and will pay the bare minimum number of tests. THose of us who are well trained in EMG/NCS often drop One Call Medical because they pay so poorly and will not pay for more elaborate EMG/NCS unless you write letters of need with long explanations. Sooooo, typically in the area I practice, the hungriest physicians, or the physicians that feel comfortable spending THE LEAST TIME performing the test are the ones that stick with One Call Medical. If you really want to know if your EMG/NCS was inaccurate, forget the test performed by One Call Medical and pay for your own test with a skilled and experienced examiner who is board certified to perform EMG/NCS testing specifically (there is a board certification for this test). Being board certified in neurology does not guarantee you are highly skilled at EMG/NCS. Also consider seeing a physiatrist, often these doctors conduct more detailed EMG/NCS.

Present only in newborns; the fetal ductus arteriosus doesn't close within the first week or two after birth. There are 3 fetal circulations that close at birth and this one is connects the aorta and the pulmonary artery. Clinical manifestations include murmur, widened pulse pressure and bounding pulses. Sometimes asymptomatic, other infants present signs of CHF (reduced output). Medical treatment includes prostaglandin inhibiters (indomethacin), cardiac cauterization or eventually surgical repair. RN interventions would be: assessment of vitals & signs such as tachycardia, tachypnea, scalp diaphoresis (signs CHF), I/O and weight (weigh diapers, check fluid retention), monitor for edema, position bed in semi-fowlers if necessary, avoid cold stress in infant (always keep infants warm!), reduce environmental stimuli...rest!, O2 if RX, organize RN actions to promote uninterrupted sleep (think about this when entering room & infant is sleeping...what do you do first? Do things you don't need to wake infant for in priority). administer RX, Instruct parents (don't forget CPR and SDS teaching). Basically...the RN should activate all care usually associated with CHF because anormal communicaiton between these larger arteries is going to permit bloodflow from the left side of the heart (high pressure) to the right side (low pressure).
