It's quite simple, just labor intensive. To begin, open the hatch and take the handle at the very bottom, then use a screwdriver or narrow putty knife, working your way around the bottom and sides to pop off the door panel. Once that's off you will see plastic inside that is stuck to a tar strip. Carefully pull the plastic off taking care not to ript it. If the tar strip comes off don't worry, it can be pushed back on very easily. As you look at the inside top center of your rear door, you will see a silver metal brace held in with 3 Phillips and 2 hex bolts, remove these screws and bolts. Now let's go outside for a minute. Now pop off the wiper, you probably need to get a screw driver underneath and gently lift it up. The wiper sits on a grooved cog. Once the wiper is off, the top piece can be unscrewed, just let the wiper hang down. Now lift the hatch and you can grab the motor to get it out. Don't forget to unplug the unit too, mine was a grey plug. When you put it back together, make sure the weather seal is present so you don't get any leaks. Good luck!

The crankshaft position sensor is at the rear of the engine where it joins with the transmission bellhousing. It is at the left (front) side, not far from the starter.

There are no timing adjustments possible, timing is set by the PCM. If you remove the distributor, you should note it's position as exactly as possible and put it back as closely as you can.

About 4.3 quarts with filter change.

There is actually two catalytic converters. They are the first two components in the exhaust system and lie directly under the engine.

It is under the hood on the right hand side of the engine fire wall. there is a black cover over it. Once you have the cover removed, there is a selenoid diagram as to which on is which. Just pop out the old one and put in the new.

The price for a pulley varies based on the type and its size. As of 2014, prices range from a few dollars to over 50 dollars.

How do you flush the transmission fuel from a 2000 Daewoo Nubira

The bolts which are used to hold the caliper require a T45 Torx bit. These bolts can become quite tight, so don't buy a cheap tool and expect it to work. Follow normal procedures for any brake job and make sure all surfaces are clean and rust free before reassembly. Inspect the caliper pistons for any dampness which would indicate a fluid leak. Replace if any fluid is present.

Unscrew the screws surrounding the light bar, take the old bulbs to the parts store get the correct ones, even a little different is a bad idea, these are high intensity bulbs and will cost $5-$8. Don't be tempted to use a #194 bulb which also fits the socket. Push bulb in place taking care not to touch the glass, screw back into place.

That all gets too involved to answer on this board. Easiest thing to do is get a repair manual from your local parts store.

First things first. You need to isolate the problem, break it down into smaller pieces. Right now it's a really big problem and you only know that the starter will crank but the engine won't start. You know that the battery and starter are good and that the wiring between the keyswitch and the starter is good. Try to determine if the engine is not getting fuel or if the problem is electrical. Get a can of starting fluid and spray some into the throttle body as someone attempts to start the engine. If the engine runs briefly while you're spraying the fluid, you have successfully isolated the problem to the fuel system. This time of year the fuel systems can be a particular problem, especially for people who live in the colder climates. In cold weather, water in the air will condense into the fuel tank much the way it condenses on your windows or on a glass of icewater. Overnight, the build-up of water can seek a low point in the fuel system and freeze. Once that happens, the fuel cannot be pumped through the line and the engine will not start. If you suspect that this might be true, try putting the vehicle in a heated garage for several hours to see if it will start after everything thaws out. If it does, put some fuel line de-icer into the tank immediately. It's relatively cheap stuff and if you live in a cold climate you should do that a couple times through the winter, especially if the vehicle is not parked in a heated garage. If the starting fluid doesn't make the engine fire up, you probably have an electrical problem. If that's the case, you can use an engine diagnostic code scanner to help you figure out what's wrong.

Rear seat pulls up and out . Then there are 2 or 4 bolts that hold the back of the seat in place. you will have to also disconect the speaker wire .

A 1997 Villager has a red button behind the driver side kick panel next to parking brake pedal. I found it by going to Ford.com/parts down loaded the owners manual. If you don't have the owners manual thy this.

Cam position is taken from the distributor, there is no separate sensor near the cams.

If you know which cylinder is number is number 1 depending on whether it is 6 or 8 cylinders depends on the timing marks all you have to do is find the firing order and aling the cylinders in that order.
