The Passenger side fan motor which is your secondary fan motor is timed to turn on at high speed at a certain temperature. Once it cools it will go back down to low setting. If your engine does not reach a hot enough temperature it will not go to high speed mode. Meaning you won't hear it turn on or off. It will remain on low until needed. This usually happens at around 245 to 265 degrees.

Sometimes the car will stall, or you might have it where it is hard to start. My check engine light came on, and it is always best to change both sensors at same time, usually if one goes the other is going.

First you must pull the window control box out (pull from the front). second there should be a cap behind the door handle, pop the cap and take the screw out. then there are few screws on the very bottom of the door panel. take the srews out and pull up on the door handle.

first u need a star screwdriver size 15....u need to take off all of the screws where the vents are then take the screws off under the vents...o yea there are screws on the side of the dash(u can get to them by opening the driver and passenger doors) and u need to take screws off in glove compartment

The battery is behind under the back seat. reach under the seat (where the back of a rider's knees would be) and lift. It's light, and should come right out.

Driver's side under the passenger's door along the frame rail. Most of the time they are rusted pretty bad. Hit it with some rust buster (my favorite is PB Blaster) and then take a whack at it. They are usually stuck REAL good. Be careful to not break it, otherwise you have to replacethe whole line!!! $$$$

This occurs because one or more wheels move vertically more than the other. The usual cause is bad outer tie rod ends. However unequal tire pressure can also cause the 'bouncing'. If one or more of your tires consistently loses air, the chrome on the rims have gone bad and the tire is not maintaining the seal. You'll then have to replace the rims (which is cheaper than having the old ones re-chromed.

I actually just did this last night on my aurora....There may be a better way to do it, but here is what I did. 1. Take off the license plate. 2. Remove the 4 bolts from the plate with the reverse lights in it and pull it away from the car (don't need to detach it.) 3. If you look up at the top of the space you just opened you should be able to get to the lights. Each bracket has 2 bolts that need to be removed. 4. Twist each bracket to release the bulb and then just pull the old bulb out and put the new one in. 5. Reverse your steps to put it all back together again :) Btw, if you haven't looked it up yet, you need to buy 2 194 bulbs. Luckily, they come in packs of 2 and cost around $5 total.

There should be a diagram for that under the hood. I have one on my 96. You will have to loosen bolts for the AC and generator/altenator. Then retighten them after install and pull/pry them to put the tention on the belt. There is a National Aurora Club web site too. just add a dot com to that.

If its a 3.5, the insert piece that surrounds the license plate is where the water is coming in. It then FILLS the spare tire well, when it rains heavy. The dealer fixed for me under warranty back when the car was newer.

I do not know for sure. but I do know you can get an adaptor plate to bolt it up to a 700r4. Butthey are very expensive.

did you try to loosen the bleeder screw before using the c clamps You have to turn the piston clockwise in order for it to go back into the caliper.

It is under the dash on the passenger side. Go as far as you can forward and to the left. It is attached to the side of the blower box. It has a red, purple, black and a smaller gray/black wire attached. Two small 7/16 screws at the base at the base hold it to the box. Remove the screws and pull the module to the right to remove it.

Should be in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose

On my 1998 Aurora with a 4.0L V8, the water pump is on the driver's side of the engine. It is right at the top of the engine.

coolant temp sensor,does just what it says,it relays your coolant temp to gauges!

That depends on what you're trying to do.

If you just want to make certain it doesn't turn on, unplug the clutch wire at the front of the compressor.

First, check your owners' manual, but I believe it is located in the fuse box which is located under the hood on the right in a plastic box. The fuses should be examined to see which one(s) shows a broken medal post which indicates the need for replacement.

Go to library and get a Chilton repair manual you can find most of your information for engine diagram.

If you have the owners manual it should show you on page 6-75, it has a diagram of the belt and the belt is on the left hand side of the engine. If you dont have an owners manual the alternator is is on the left hand lower side of the engine compartment, it is right up next to the engine, at least that is where it is on a 1997 olds aurora, so i think it will be in the same spot.

It is on the driver side of the engine. It is right next to the camshaft sensor below the coolant pipes. It is about 6 inches away from the Throttle body.
