I just replaced the headlight bulbs on a 94 Sundance. It's very easy and doesn't require any tools. Pop the hood, and unscrew the bulb from the back of the light. You may have to wiggle it as there is a gasket around the base. Once out remove the bulb from the connection. This includes the black plastic casing. You should notice a clasp near the bottom of the casing, just lift up and pull the bulb and casing free from the wire. the replacement bulb just snaps on in the same way. DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB WITH YOUR BARE HANDS as oil from your fingers can cause and uneven distribution of heat and pop the bulb. I didn't believe it and found myself buying another bulb.

Remove the three screws underneath and slowly pull the switch assembly out from the dash until you get hold of the multi pin plug. There is not alot of play in the length of wires so do not worry if it seems difficult. More in half an hour !
