For example you want to be careful since you might end up being RESPONSIBLE for the remainder of his loan :-) This is unlikely however since to be owner you have to transfer the title and you can not do that as long as there is a lien on the bike. a lien does not mean the bank owns the bike the seller owns it. The lien means the bank has a financial interest in the bike. "part" ownership if you will. If you really want the bike I would contact the lien holder. This might be as simple as the bike was "totaled" out by insurance and they simply forgot to remove the lien on the original title or they may "sell" you the salvage title. Call them and see if you can get someone on the phone. I would prefer to do all this BEFORE paying any money for it :-) You can use all the parts except the Frame and Engine Casing as they both have VIN numbers and you need a title for BOTH if they do not match.

***The lender will have put in place a servicing company and you should have received written notification of where to send payments and any other correspondence. If you did not, and if you are still getting statements from the lender, continue to send your payments as instructed on the statement.
Even though they may be out of business, it does not necessarily mean that they do not have a "guardian" over their accounts to make sure that payments are accounted for.
If all else fails, call the Department of Banking and Finance and get the information from them, as they will know who payments should be made out to and where they should be sent- at the very least, they will have a phone number for you to call.***

No you can't. It doesn't belong to you. Even if you made all the payments on the car, it is not "legally" yours until or unless the title is in your name. But all you have to do is have the one who's name is on the title sign the back of it, relinguishing ownership of the vehicle. Then take it to the DMV and have the title switched over to your name.
S10 s-10 4.3 snow plow snowplowing?
I am very upset and surprised at the unavailability of personal plows from the main manufactuers of plows for the S-10 Chevy model. Years ago I had a 92 S-10 Blazer and had no problem finding a GREAT unimount WESTERN "personal plow for that vehicle.
Years later, I now have a 2002 S-10 pickup (same motor, same frame, etc.) and none of these manufactors that i counted on in the past make a "decent" plow for my truck.
Oh sure, Western makes one, but instead of trip springs they use what looks like solo flex rubber bands! haha. Yeah I really want to put that on my truck. Not to mention the fact that my old Western 6.6" weight in at 425lbs. Conpared to their new Suburbanite plow of 250lbs. What a joke. That old plow served me good for years and was very dependable. I can tell you that the GVW has not changed THAT much that my newer S-10 cannot handle the load. Its just very disappointing now a days.

In the next section of this answer are a lot of responses about returning cars because you don't like the car, don't like the deal, whatever. The QUESTION, however, was about returning a lemon. Every state has a Lemon Law, which requires the dealer to take the car back if it can't be fixed in a "reasonable" number of attempts. Check http://www.lemonlawamerica.com for your state's lemon law. In North Carolina, for instance, the car officially becomes a lemon if it can't be fixed in four attempts, or if it's been in the shop for more than 20 days.
So the answer is, no after two attempts, yes after three (many states say three) or four attempts to fix it.
Returning a Car to a DealerHere are opinions and answers from FAQ Farmers:- NO! Most large loans/purchases have a "3-day right of recission". During this time you may opt to not continue the sale and change your mind. The car sale is exempt. You may only return a car if there is Fraud in the Sale, Example: The Car is really a 1998 not a 2000 or it was not disclosed to you as a "Rental" car. If you already have and you want out, the best advice that I can give is make up any good believable heartbreaking lie such as: Someone passed in my family and I need the money to help fund the burial expenses, etc. Go in the office crying if you have to. It may work, but it may not. YOU WILL BE CRYING FOR REAL IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO UNWIND THE DEAL. The best time to put on an act is when a sales person is with a potential car buyer. Also, it has to be something that renders the vehicle inoperable or dangerous. In other words, if your stereo keeps going out, or your power window is broken, then Lemon Laws do not apply.

Lighter colors reflect the sunlight and dark colors absorb it and become hot, but little of this heat is transmitted into the passenger compartment, so it shouldn't make a lot of difference. Unless you mean like, "Cool car, Dude." Then, definitely go for something small and black. White, or silver. Black is the worst color to buy if you want to stay cool, and Black will show every little thing on your paint job, like scratches, dents ,dings, and dirt. Silver is the best color you can get. green, black absorbs heat That first answer is way off, the heat transfer through conduction from the ambient summer air and the heating of the surface from radiation on a black cars roof is phenomenal,,,, that roof can well past 200 degrees on a hot summer day. If you dont think so put your hand on one this summer and see. Buy a motorcyle...Cool and cool. Black is a bad color for cars heat wise. when you cant afford to pay a car in full!! :) some people just dont have the money for it .... but then you can always pay for a nice car instead of a piece of crap car.. plus when you own it you dont have a warranty ... on the other hand you are losing out money that you have to pay.. dont go out and buy a 30000 car.. buy one in your price range one that you can love and still have a life and be able to do what you want
Names on title appear as either (and) (or) if the title is and then both signatures are required. if it is or then only one signature is required to modify ownership of title.
