You may passon the right of aonther vehicle when?
In general, only when the lane to the right of the other vehicle is an actual traffic lane, and not always then.
The traffic violation "passing on the right" is generally interpreted as using the shoulder to pass another vehicle.
How can you get an ex-boyfriends name off your car titles?
He would have to sign off on the back of the title as the "Seller" and you would sign as the "Buyer." After that, take it to your local tag office to apply for a new title.
When can a vehicle legally be repossessed?
In Florida, they have to send you a demand letter, once that demand letter expired(30 days) and you didn't contact the the bank to make payment arrangements, they assigned your loan/car for repossession.
You cant sell the vehicle without titling it in your name first unless you are selling it to a salvage yard or for scrap metal. The person buying it wont be able to get a title for it if you dont title it first.
Can parking tickets on an old car get your new car impounded?
If you transferred the plates to your new car...yes
That person should sign all documents "(Son), Executor, estate of (Deceased)". If you need a title they can't find, they need to go to DMV and apply for a duplicate.
You can't. The bank still owns the bike, NOT you. The bike was sold to you illegally if the bank wasn't paid off. You need to get your money back.
Not quite true. He can legally sell you the bike but it becomes "interesting" depending on the terms and conditions of the loan and your state.
For example you want to be careful since you might end up being RESPONSIBLE for the remainder of his loan :-) This is unlikely however since to be owner you have to transfer the title and you can not do that as long as there is a lien on the bike. a lien does not mean the bank owns the bike the seller owns it. The lien means the bank has a financial interest in the bike. "part" ownership if you will. If you really want the bike I would contact the lien holder. This might be as simple as the bike was "totaled" out by insurance and they simply forgot to remove the lien on the original title or they may "sell" you the salvage title. Call them and see if you can get someone on the phone. I would prefer to do all this BEFORE paying any money for it :-) You can use all the parts except the Frame and Engine Casing as they both have VIN numbers and you need a title for BOTH if they do not match.
Good Luck

You loved him enough to do this for him and his car - does he love and trust you enough to give you his power of attorney to manage his affairs?
Who do you make payments to if the lender has gone out of business?
Give the money to their new provider people.. like if it was AA bank give it to what the new bank is
Hope this helpedd x
***The lender will have put in place a servicing company and you should have received written notification of where to send payments and any other correspondence. If you did not, and if you are still getting statements from the lender, continue to send your payments as instructed on the statement.
Even though they may be out of business, it does not necessarily mean that they do not have a "guardian" over their accounts to make sure that payments are accounted for.
If all else fails, call the Department of Banking and Finance and get the information from them, as they will know who payments should be made out to and where they should be sent- at the very least, they will have a phone number for you to call.***

What are the laws on returning a car to a dealer after 2 weeks?
It might depend on the state. Usually, it's your car after it leaves the lot. No returns. The dealer might buy it back as a used car. Some states have a three day "cooling off period" but two weeks is too long. It's got miles on it and it's been titled, and can no longer be sold as a new car. sorry.
Can you sell a car with a title that's not in your name?
No you can't. It doesn't belong to you. Even if you made all the payments on the car, it is not "legally" yours until or unless the title is in your name. But all you have to do is have the one who's name is on the title sign the back of it, relinguishing ownership of the vehicle. Then take it to the DMV and have the title switched over to your name.
S10 s-10 4.3 snow plow snowplowing?
I am very upset and surprised at the unavailability of personal plows from the main manufactuers of plows for the S-10 Chevy model. Years ago I had a 92 S-10 Blazer and had no problem finding a GREAT unimount WESTERN "personal plow for that vehicle.
Years later, I now have a 2002 S-10 pickup (same motor, same frame, etc.) and none of these manufactors that i counted on in the past make a "decent" plow for my truck.
Oh sure, Western makes one, but instead of trip springs they use what looks like solo flex rubber bands! haha. Yeah I really want to put that on my truck. Not to mention the fact that my old Western 6.6" weight in at 425lbs. Conpared to their new Suburbanite plow of 250lbs. What a joke. That old plow served me good for years and was very dependable. I can tell you that the GVW has not changed THAT much that my newer S-10 cannot handle the load. Its just very disappointing now a days.

In the next section of this answer are a lot of responses about returning cars because you don't like the car, don't like the deal, whatever. The QUESTION, however, was about returning a lemon. Every state has a Lemon Law, which requires the dealer to take the car back if it can't be fixed in a "reasonable" number of attempts. Check http://www.lemonlawamerica.com for your state's lemon law. In North Carolina, for instance, the car officially becomes a lemon if it can't be fixed in four attempts, or if it's been in the shop for more than 20 days.
So the answer is, no after two attempts, yes after three (many states say three) or four attempts to fix it.
Returning a Car to a DealerHere are opinions and answers from FAQ Farmers:How long do you have after purchasing a new car to return if you decide you do not want it?
No, the minute you've signed the contract, the vehicle is yours. "Buyer's Remorse" is a myth pertaining to the buyer's supposed legal right to change their mind and return a vehicle after signing the contract. Not at all based in reality! This myth probably stemmed from a stipulation called the "Right of Recission" when refinancing a home loan, which allows the person refinancing a three-day "cooling off" period after signing the refinancing paperwork to change their mind and cancel the refi.
Texas:
I can't speak for other states, but, in Texas, the Lemon Law only takes effect if the car has been in three times for the same problem within a specified time frame (6 months or a year, I think). Also, it has to be something that renders the vehicle inoperable or dangerous. In other words, if your stereo keeps going out, or your power window is broken, then Lemon Laws do not apply.
Personal Experience:
If you live in California and you sign any contract, you will be unable to return the vehicle. In a rare case, I practically begged the manager of a used car lot to unwind the deal. I told him that my wife purchased a car for me prior to my purchase of their car, but I was completely unaware of it. They finally let me out, but withheld a $40.00 documentation fee and a 2.9% credit card surcharge. $178.00 is better than a $6000 used car that I decided that I didn't want. Also, when I purchased the car, I left it at the car lot and told them that I'll pick it up in a matter of days. I guess the unwinding of the deal helped for the simple fact that the car never left the lot and I came back the next morning. It only took me one night to think about the deal and realize that I wanted out. The most important thing is to not let the sales person pressure you into signing anything. Don't listen to 'this car may be gone tomorrow,' 'this is as low as I can go,' 'you will not find a deal better,' etc. It's all bull. It will get you in trouble if you sign the contracts, but you later want out. THERE IS NO WAY OUT AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. Everything is monitored and recorded from the minute you step on the car lot until you go to the back office to sign the 'nail in the coffin' contracts. Before you sign anything, go home and think about it. It will save you a lot of headaches. DON'T SIGN ANY CONTRACTS UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE CAR!
What color car is best to buy to stay cool black or green?
== black is really a cool color to spend your money only when you can take care of it like your baby. yes it means, that it demand care. go for black only if you have the enthusiasm to take care of it. green is not a cool color but, yes, it demand less care. happy motoring.
Lighter colors reflect the sunlight and dark colors absorb it and become hot, but little of this heat is transmitted into the passenger compartment, so it shouldn't make a lot of difference. Unless you mean like, "Cool car, Dude." Then, definitely go for something small and black. White, or silver. Black is the worst color to buy if you want to stay cool, and Black will show every little thing on your paint job, like scratches, dents ,dings, and dirt. Silver is the best color you can get. green, black absorbs heat That first answer is way off, the heat transfer through conduction from the ambient summer air and the heating of the surface from radiation on a black cars roof is phenomenal,,,, that roof can well past 200 degrees on a hot summer day. If you dont think so put your hand on one this summer and see. Buy a motorcyle...Cool and cool. Black is a bad color for cars heat wise. I know I own a black car and it shows any speck of dirt and scratches. If I wanted to be cool green is a good color.
What if the car dealear didnt register my car in 60 days?

Names on title appear as either (and) (or) if the title is and then both signatures are required. if it is or then only one signature is required to modify ownership of title.
