black represents a color; dark.
Some people also consider it a way as calling someone African American.
In the color spectrum black represents the quality of not reflecting any visible light. Black has been known to have many different meanings in different contexts. In the west for instance, black represents a demographic group of people of a certain skin color. In Portuguese politics black is the color of the left bloc. Pirates used to wave a black flag just before raiding merchant ships in the high seas. The Chinese of yore believed black represented the north and water, but had no negative or positive meaning. In fact, there are dozens of examples of both negative and positive meanings for it in cultures and religions all over the world.
To answer the question you'll have to put the word black into context. Black can mean many things to many people. :)

What is the spiritual meaning of the eucalyptus plant?
The genus name is derived from the Greek eu, meaning "well", and kalyptos, meaning "cover." This name refers to the well-covered flower buds - a very fruitful tree.
Specifically, the "fruit" of the Eucalyptus tree is harvested for the clarifying aroma. Lots of the hundreds of colds and flu preparations available -- cough drops, throat lozenges and chest rubs -- contain eucalyptus oil and its derivatives. The spiritual meaning is that a salve is needed to heal wounds.
Along this same healing theme, the Eucalyptus tree was commonly referred to as the fever tree. Nineteenth-century British colonists, noting the fragrant, medicinal aroma of eucalyptus groves, planted the trees in tropical fever ridden districts throughout the Empire in an effort to drive away insects and contagious disease. An added plus (in the colonists' eyes) was that the trees also tended to dry out water-logged soils with their extensive, hungry root systems, making marshy soils into arable, habitable land. This deterred disease-carrying insects, especially mosquitoes, which need standing water to breed.

What does a lightning bolt brand symbolize?
Most people that have one single Lightning Bolt as a tattoo are fans of the National Football League (American football) San Diego Chargers whose team logo is a single lightning bolt.
I agree that the answer about FEAR and strokes is completely inaccurate. While they may be justified answers for some questions it is not for this question
That is complete bull. i have 3 lightning bolt tattoos and they can represent a series of things. mine represents white power and strength as a person but it can also mean any of these things too: -mainly white power. and derogatory racism -it can mean power of the gods -self power, strength, and control -it can also represent the SS symbol used in Nazi Germany. the Nazi SS looks like a lightning bolt if you connect the top and bottom to make one. look up the SS and it will make more sense, that also is where the white power meaning came from because of the racism used in Nazi Germany.... that makes way more sense too.

a lightning bolt represents FEAR. because lightning follows thunder; which is loud and scary. so having a lightning bolt tattoo must symbolize something along the line of one consisting of fear.
The lightening bolt is also a symbol for a Stroke (Strokes, or brain attacks, are a major cause of death and permanent disability. They occur when blood flow to a region of the brain is obstructed and may result in death of brain tissue.)
It is a tough thing for not only the victim but the families and friends of the victims. Sometimes they come out the same, and other times they could have permanent disabilities.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thunder actually follows lightning because the speed of light is faster than the speed of sound (speed of light being 299,792,458 miles per second, speed of sound being approximately 340.29 miles per second at sea level). However, lightning and thunder are often associated with each other and therefore could potentially still achieve the symbolic connotation of fear.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Double lighting bolts are the symbol of the SS, Hitler's special forces. White supremacist gangs often tattoo this symbol on themselves.

Lightning bolts can symbolize anything from strength to unpredictability.
Lightning actually travels at approx 300,000 km/sec, while sound is 343m/sec. And IMHO Lightning can mean whatever you want it to be as a tattoo. The letter M does not signify Miles, it signifies Metres!
It could symbolize anything, but most recently lightning bolt tattoos have been a tribute to harry potter. But remember lightning is also associated with speed ("fast as lightning"), anger, fear, power, nature, electricity (cutesy tattoo for an electrician)...really, anything.
The meaning of a certain tattoo will vary from person to person, there is no definite answer to this question.-Shocker
What kind of theory is Symbolic Interactionism?
"SYMBOLIC INTERACTIONISM IS 'SYMBOLIC' BECAUSE IT FOCUSES ON THE MEANINGS GIVEN TO SITUATIONS BY THE ACTORS INVOLVED AND IT IS "INTERACTIONIST" BECAUSE MEANINGS ARE GIVEN TO SITUATIONS THROUGH INTERACTIONS BETWEEN ACTORS"
This really does not answer the question. To point a little bit more in the correct direction of a better answer, versus simply spouting something that doesn't answer your question, Symbolic Interactionism is a sociological theory developed by George Herbert Mead. His student, Herbert Blumer, coined the term.
As far as other facts, it was born out of American Pragmatism and has received a lot of criticism for being too grand of a theory. Some people say that it isn't a real theory. However, it meets at least 1 out of 3 criterion for a "useful" theory. These criterion are
Beauty comes from inside. Beauty is not on the outside! It isn't how pretty a girl/boy is. Beauty is passion, and being kind inside. People can be beautiful on the outside, but that isn't beauty, because they can also be harsh, and shallow. Ugly, nice people are beautiful. They are kind, and that's what really counts! What does the nuclear symbol stand for?
I assume you mean the 'trefoil' symbol which consists of a circle containing a small inner circle and three radiating shapes, each shape occupying 60 deg angle with 60 deg between each shape. Sometimes the background is yellow and the applied shapes black, or vice versa. The following explains how it came to be used, and it seems to have been arrived at by bouncing ideas between a number of people, and to represent a nucleus with radiation coming from it. This account comes from the following website.
http://www.orau.org/ptp/articlesstories/radwarnsymbstory.htm
The three-bladed radiation warning symbol, as we currently know it, was "doodled" out at the University of California Radiation Laboratory in Berkeley sometime in 1946 by a small group of people. This event was described in a letter written in 1952 by Nels Garden, head of the Health Chemistry Group at the Radiation Laboratory: "A number of people in the group took an interest in suggesting different motifs, and the one arousing the most interest was a design which was supposed to represent activity radiating from an atom." The first signs printed at Berkeley had a magenta (Martin Senour Roman Violet No. 2225) symbol on a blue background. In an earlier letter written in 1948, Garden explained why this particular shade of magenta color was selected: "it was distinctive and did not conflict with any color code that we were familiar with. Another factor in its favor was its cost. . . The high cost will deter others from using this color promiscuously." Explaining the blue background, he said, "The use of a blue background was selected because there is very little blue color used in most of the areas where radioactive work would be carried out." Garden did not like yellow as a background: "the very fact that . . . the high visibility yellow stands out most prominently has led to extensive use of this color and it is very common." To compensate for the lower visibility of the blue, Garden even toyed with the idea of including diagonal white stripes across the sign. Despite Garden's view to the contrary, most workers felt that a blue background was a poor choice. Blue was not supposed to be used on warning signs, and it faded, especially outdoors. The use of yellow was standardized at Oak Ridge National Lab in early 1948. At that time, Bill Ray and George Warlick, both working for K.Z. Morgan, were given the task of coming up with a more suitable warning sign, a blue background being too unacceptable. Ray traveled to Berkeley and picked up a set of their signs. Back in Oak Ridge, Ray and Warlick had their graphics people cut out the magenta symbols and staple them on cards of different colors. Outdoors, and at a distance of 20 feet, a committee selected the magenta on yellow as the best combination. All sorts of variations on the Berkeley design were suggested and implemented during the 1940s and early 1950s. Especially common were signs that incorporated straight or wavy arrows between, or inside, the propeller blades. By the late 50s, ANSI standards and federal regulations had codified the version of the warning sign used today. Present regulations also permit the use of black as a substitute for magenta. In fact, black on yellow is the most common color combination outside of the U.S. Might some previous design have inspired the radiation trefoil? Marshall Brucer suggested that this symbol was used at a naval dry dock near Berkeley to warn of spinning propellers. To me, the magenta symbol is striking similarity to a commercially available radiation warning sign, used before 1947, that consisted of a small red dot with four or five red lightening bolts radiating outwards, a design very similar to that on electrical hazard warning signs. The trefoil also has some resemblance to the Japanese battle flag which would have been familiar to folk on the west coast. Whatever the inspiration, it was a good choice. It is simple, readily identifiable (i.e. not similar to other warning symbols), and discernible at a large distance. The best single reference on this subject is "A Brief History of a 20th Century Danger Sign" by Stephens and Barrett that appeared in Health Physics Vol. 36 (May) pp. 565-571. This paper, together with additional material by Saul Harris, is reprinted in "Health Physics: A Backward Glance" by Kathren and Ziemer published by Pergamon Press, 1980. Much of the material quoted in this article was graciously provided by Ron Kathren and George Warlick.
There is a new radiation symbol, developed by the IAEA in cooperation with the International Standards Organisation.

I recently replaced my springs. There is a shorter one that's closer to the engine and a longer one that goes at a diagonal. The problem I'm having is that they seem to stretch out quickly so they don't really work efficiently. I'm looking for the owner's manual PDF (again) online and I'll post it here when I find it.
