Each headlight has two adjusting screws. The adjusting screws are on the top and bottom of the headlight. Adjusts the headlight by turning the adjustment screws.

Check and clean the battery terminals. Although the meter inside your car may read full voltage this does not mean that the starter is getting the full amperage it needs to turn the car over. Clean the terminals, ensuring no corrosion is left, then ensure a good solid contact is made between the terminals and your battery posts. al

so id check that ur statrer is engaging it did it on my land cruiser it would click but not start it was cause my startor wouldn't engage

Try cleaning the MAF sensor and check for leaks in the vacuum hoses. If the MAF is clean and there's no air leak, oxygen sensor (before the cat) could be misreporting a lean mixture ... replace it.

If none of that works then something else is causing your lean mixture (dirty injectors, etc).

A 2010 Toyota XLE has a cabin filter. Don't know what year yours is.

U need a screw driver, open the trunk and at the latch there is a screw that holds the bulbs unscrew and replace the bulb, u might have to take the inside dash out but is easy to put back on

There is no factory installed cabin air filter in the 05 Tacoma.

However, there is a space where you could put one, above the fan duct behind the glove box.

You can fabricate a filter from a one inch thick piece of furnace filter or some other such material. The space is roughly 8.25 inches square.

I checked the Gates website ( they make timing belts etc. )

The 2.4 liter 4 cylinder must have a timing CHAIN because they don't list a timing belt ,

but the 3.0 liter V6 has a timing BELT listed

how long is a piece of string - it depends on how well its treated, i know of a 1.3l with 190k on the clock still going fine, my 2.0D has 110k and has no problems. treat it well and it will last

That would really depend on how the car was driven, if it was driven really hard the clutch would proberly go alot quicker.

I have a T sport on 45k miles and original clutch is still fine, you shouldn't have to change the clutch until it starts to slip.

A clock spring is in the steering column and acts as a rotating connection so things like the horn, air bag etc will work in any position as the steering wheel rotates. If you look at the base of the steering wheel there are usually a couple bolts or screws that hold on the column cover if you remove it you may be able to see the clock spring, however removing it is much more involved!

If you need to replace the clock spring it is usually advised to have a mechanic do it because of the air bag!

It does depend on the vehicle.

First, you need to know a couple things about your vehicle. 1) How far a single gallon of gas will take you, 2) how many gallons you have left in your tank when the fuel light comes on, and 3) the number of gallons your fuel tank holds (you can get that last bit of info from the "specifications" section of your vehicle owner's manual).

The next time your Low Fuel indicator comes on, as soon as you can, take out a loan and fill your tank. Note how many gallons of gas it took to fill it. Subtract the number of gallons it took to fill from the total gallons your tank holds. The difference will be how many gallons you have remaining when your fuel light comes on. If you know how many miles your vehicle will go on a gallon of gas, multiply your miles-per-gallon by the number of gallons you have remaining when the fuel light comes on to get an idea how far you can continue before the engine dies of thirst.

Example: Car "A" gets 25mpg and holds 19 gallons in the fuel tank. Fuel light comes on. I fill the tank as soon as I can (withing a mile or three) and it takes 16 gallons. That means I have three gallons left in the tank when the "Low Fuel" light comes on. Knowing I can travel roughly 25 miles on each gallon, 3 gallons ought to take me about 75 miles.

Using the above with my own vehicle-specific numbers, I should get 88 miles before it runs dry. On the interstate I've had to test that up to forty miles. It didn't run empty.

Your going to get lots of people who tell you that this or that will do wonderful things. These oil treatments sometimes will cut consumption. The problem is that they cost way more than just putting in more oil. Switch to a one grade heavier oil. Short of an overhaul there is not much you can do. A STRAIGHT WEIGHT OIL WOULD B A 30W---OR 40W---- NO 10W30OR10W40OR15W40 JUST A 30 OR 40W-HD.i'VE USED (RESTORE)

The service engine light is merely the 5,000 - mile reminder to change your oil. With the ignition switch on - you do not need to start the vehicle - press your odometer button until the total mileage is displayed (not the Trip A or B). Turn the ignition back off. Now press and hold the odometer button while turning the ignition switch back on. The display will show all dashes and then remove them one at a time. Once this "countdown" is complete, the total mileage will be displayed again and your service indicator will be reset.
