You have to remove the paneling to decipher whether or not the window came off the track, and needs to be reglued, or whether or not you need a new track in general. Unfortunately, it's not an easy process if the track needs to be replaced. It is not uncommon to have to pay $200-400 dollars for a replacement job, depending on your vehicle. If it is unglued you can easily do it yourself (with the right tools), otherwise your best bet is to take it to a local auto glass shop.

If anyone finds a wiring diagram for the manual window track can you let me know?

It sounds like you are looking at the fuel injectors rather than the spark plugs. The spark plugs are located under the large cover on top of the engine that identifies it as a quad 4 engine.
There should be 4 fasteners located towards the center of the cover if memory serves.
Do not try to remove the other around the outer edge of the cover.
Make sure you remove the electrical connector and the previously mentioned fasteners, and pull straight up on the cover.
There will be resistance to this because you are pulling the spark plug boots off as you lift.
Since the spark plugs are recessed there may be debris around the spark plug holes that will fall into the cylinder and could damage your engine.
Make sure that you remove this debris before removing the plugs.
Blowing it off will air or even vacuuming could work but but remember that this is very important

Now, as to this Wasserboxer engine: I have NO idea why they came up with this. The engine has picked up the unfortunate nickname "Wasserleaker" because...well, they all do. The Diesel Vanagon used the Rabbit engine, so I don't know why VW didn't use the gas Rabbit engine in a gas Vanagon. (However, YOU don't have to be so encumbered: quite a few guys have changed Diesel Vanagons to Rabbit gas engines. It is a fairly easy change if you are a good mechanic, but you need to change the transmission to a Gas Vanagon one because the diesel transmission is geared very low.)

Look on the side of the light fixture under the hood of your car. There is a knob sticking out of the side of the fixture. Take a long screw driver and push the knob over about 1.5 inches. This will release the light fixture. Pull the fixture out from the front of the car and you can access the blubs. Don't forget to NOT touch the new light bulb - body oils will greatly shorten the life expetency of a halogen light bulb. anybody know how to change the cabin air filter in the same car? HELP!!!

You go to a car dealership, and ask for a 4-wheel drive car and / or truck.

There are too many to drive all of them, and not every dealership stocks awd, so call or go online to check inventories before wasting your time and gas. An appointment with a fleet or internet manager will likely enhance your showroom visit and test drive experience.

One possibility is small hole in the muffler. I had that happen once, and it whistled under accelaration.

TURN THE LIGHT SWITCH COUNTER CLOCKWISE(ASSUMING IT'S HANGING UPSIDE DOWN)AND REMOVE. SWITCH OUT LIGHT BULB WITH NEW ONE(AUTOZONE HAS THEM FOR ABOUT $4.00 - PACKAGE OF 2)REPLACE EVERY THING BACK AS YOU UNINSTALLED IT. The OTHER place Volkswagen liked to put horns on Classic Beetles is right in front of the front left wheel. It's close to the bumper bracket. You know how on really old Bugs, there are little oval grilles in the front fenders? The horn's right behind where those are, or would be. If it's there, or even if it's in the trunk, be sure the horn and not the electrical system feeding it is bad before you change the horn...because the wiring fails more than the horn does. Just get a known source of 12v--jumper cables to your battery work--and hook it directly to your horn. If it blows, rewire. The horn is easily replaced. It is located on the front right of your car, in the trunk. It looks kind of like a shell, and there are two wires connected to it. Unplug the wires, unscrew the nuts holding it on, and it should come right off.
