Why would you? To lower it? The smaller rim has tighter inside clearances so be careful it does not touch the brake caliper. I suggest getting a 14" rim (no tire) just to place it on the front to see if it fits (clearances). ALSO, smaller rims affect gas mileage & odometer readings, SO if you DO install 14" rims, go get your truck dyno-tuned to match actual MPH to the odometer.

Remington is actually made by Dunlop tires. They are owned by Goodyear but are not made by Goodyear. They are produced at the Buffalo NY Dunlop plant
Why would one tire spin uncontrollably?
You need to go to a brake specialist. It sounds like a pinched brake line. For the tire spinning ... what are the road conditions? Maybe your other axle isn't turning, or is broken somewhere. Or out of the tranny. you may need a new bearing. if that is so you could be driving and the tire could come right off. go to an auto shop and get it looked at. Also, consider having your foot checked for excessive weight.

How often i have to do wheel alignment?
It's a good idea to have your wheels aligned whenever their alignment changes. Your alignment changing depends largely on how you drive your vehicle. Generally, it's probably a good idea to get your tires aligned at the same time as you rotate them.
Look at your tires, worn off on the inside or outside of the tread? you need alignment. Worn off in the middle of the tire, too high of tire pressure. Scalloped looking on the edges, you need shocks. If you like to "find" the curb every time you park your car you will need alingnments more often. Dodge holes in the road and stay away from curbs and if the tires look good, don't sweat it.
Where should one get a wheel alignment done?
Wheel alignments for vehicles should be performed at any garage and should not be done at home. A special instrument is required for this precision accuracy.
You need wheels with a 5 on 5 lug pattern (5 inches accross with 5 lugs).
As for the wheel size... Id go with a 15x 8 just cause alot of tires are available at decent prices for that size wheel and it is a good size...
I wouldn't recommend running any tire bigger than a 32x11.50.

Yes I have 28s on my fx4 with tires its about 32inches no lift no rub.

31 refers to diameter of the tyre (in inches) 10.5 is the thickness of the tyre (in inch) R15 means it's for used on 15" rims. Hope this helps.
What is the difference between a steering wheel alignment and a front wheel alignment?
