I don't know if any dealerships sell the filter alone. More likley, you'll have to buy the entire EGR modulator. You might be able to get a modulator filter in decent shape at a junk yard. Your best course of action, if your current filter is redeemable, is to clean it using compressed air. If your filter is beyond redemption, then you might try constructing a filter using materials similar to the ones used in your original filter.

I have been researching this for a while and with the exception of a few states (California seems to be one), there is no such thing as a mythical "buyer's remorse law" when it comes to automotive sales. Once you sign the papers and the vehicle has been registered in your name and you take it off the lot, it is now officially your property, or the property of your lien holder. This is why you MUST be very careful with your decision making in purchasing a vehicle. Now many reputable dealers will consider reversing the deal depending on your situation, providing that you don't give some BS story to them that they can see right through. (Not all car salesman are heartless, scam artists as popularly perceived.) However, even if they will take the car back, you should be prepared to take a hefty loss for the car is deemed used and therefore depreciates in value. I have never truly heard of any concrete evidence of a situation in which a dealership took back a vehicle, Scott free to the customer after the car had been registered and driven off the lot.
Bottom line, once the vehicle has been titled, whether to a lien holder or the customer, the car is no longer classified as "new." As for used cars, many other rules apply, often depending on the dealership's individual policies. However, be prepared for more stingy practices on used cars.

Okay, there's really two questions here.
First, the "you can return a car within 3 days" is pretty much a myth. No state actually allows this in all cases, though in some states it's allowed in certain specificcases.
The best advice is to look at the sale contract and see if there's a recission period. If not, your best hope is to call the dealer and see if you can make some kind of deal.

If you purchased the car from a dealer you might have legal recourse. If you purchased the car from a private party, probably none since it is sold as-is, unless something was put in writing.
Lesson: Make sure the car you're buying is currently titled to the state you live in and ALWAYS do a Cafax and run the VIN number thru the DMV prior to a car purchase. There are clever ways to hide salvage titles and you might have been a victim of one of them.

If you are buying it from another country or location other than your country, it would be difficult to determine but be sure to be ready for its shipment(shipment sometimes are carried by the seller, depends on your negotiation). If you are purchasing this vehicle from a private seller, it will definitely be cheaper than buying it from used car dealers or car auctions. The condition will also determine its value, if it has original genuine parts and restored, expect that it wont be cheap. Which compact car has the best seat height for someone with lower back problems?
Chris, my hammies are also flexibility-impaired, to they point where my 2000 Accord feels like the seat surface is two inches off the floor and the pedals are tucked under the dash somewhere, so I've been looking for a comfier car, preferably smaller (in addition to getting into better stretching habits). I have had no luck finding this "floor to seat height" nor cabin "floor to ceiling" height information on the internet, it doesn't seem to be a thing that EPA requires ratings on nor that car reviewers regularly notice. So I've had to do my own testing. Observations: The European cars often have great seats but I'm not inclined in that direction. Check out the VW Rabbit and similarly sized cars. Volvo too has some amazing seats, at least in some of its cars. The '07 and up Hyundai Elantra has a roomy cabin and a height-adjustable seat. My favorite is the current generation Scion xB. While it's predecessor was a noisy, thrifty (small engined) little thing with loads of headroom, the new one is related only in name and general shape. Think of it as the cross-over version of the Camry. It has height-adjustable seats and even more headroom than the Elantra. Side note: the Rabbit, Elantra, and xB are also very quiet, in terms of their tested sound levels when cruising at 70mph. So is the new Civic (non-EX, non-Si models), but I have not evaluated it's seat. I hope that this helps someone! Toyota Sienna
The Sienna features three separate seats across in the second row, any one of which can be removed as needed. The seats are each wide enough for a carseat making it possible to have three carseats in the second row, an option very difficult in most minivans. If you remove the center seat the aisle to pass back to the third row is roomy enough for an adult to not bash their hips getting by.
Honda Odyssey
Offers an 8-seat option but the center seat is very narrow and does not have LATCH. If you take it out, you are still left with only a narrow access to the third row seat, which can be obnoxious for adults who have to climb back there and help kids buckle seats.
Kia Sedona
Kia is the cheapest 8-passenger minivan option. The center seat is narrower like the Odyssay.
Past models that offered 8-seat options: Chevy Venture& Pontiac Montana. The Montana offered 8 seat configuration, which consisted of a bench seat in the second and third rows. The Venture had a second row arrangement of three bucket seats that could all be removed for different configurations. The only problem was the middle bucket seat had no shoulder belt making it impossible to seat three kids in booster seats in the second row.
