What is the fastest way for men to lose weight?

I know that nobody loves this answer, but military bootcamp results only prove it.. proper diet and exercise, combined with regular sleeping patterns and making sure your burning more calories then you consume, is the most permanent, most healthy and over all best way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight fast, and arent so concerned about doing it the "right" way, then take a quality multivitamin everyday, eat nothing but small portions cabbage and saurcraut 5 times a day, drink atleast 8 ounces of water with every meal, and run, run, run just as fast as you can, as long as you can, when your too tired to continue, stop and rest, once you catch your breath, do it again and repeat as much as possible. I went from 265-195 in 2 months doing that, its not the smartest choice, but desperate times call for desperate measures

What would cause throwing up after cardio exercise?

People tend to vomit after working out because of what is called an "Energy imbalance". This happens to people who don't workout for a long time, then one day decide to run a mile. Or people who run a mile everyday and then decide to sprint a mile. Your body gets used to a certain level of activity and when that level is increased all the sudden your body will react like you just got the flu. You will vomit, get dizzy and in some cases get a low grade fever. After you rest your body realized that everything is okay, and will go back to normal.

Just start slow, work your way up and don't over due it.

How does exercise affect the inspiratory area?

If blood flows through the lungs twice as fast as rest, it picks up twice as much oxygen per minute because as cardiac output rises, the rate of blood flow through the lungs also increases. Furthermore, the rate at which O2 diffuses from alveolar air into the blood increases during maximal exercise because blood flows through a larger percentage of the pulmonary capillaries, providing a greater surface area for diffusion of O2 into the blood. Also, when exercise is strenuous and demanding the breathing rate will increase. At the end of an exercise session, an abrupt decrease in ventilation rate is followed by a more gradual decline to the resting level.
