In my 2001 Chevy Impala I get 26 miles per gallon in town driving and 32-34 on long trip highway travel so it would be hard to say unless you check what kind of mileage you are getting with your car. Just reset your mileage gage on your panel when you fill up with gas and on the next fill up check how many miles you went and divide it by the gallons you put in on this last fill up and it should tell you how many you are getting. All cars are different. It would also depend on if you have a service issues that need to be taken care of.

Even though it is in open view, this is a really tight space, and small hands are good. First you need to make a little extra room. Using a 13mm socket, back off the bolt holding the throttle valve so it is flush and not protuding towards the regulator. Pull the throttle swinger back and out of the way and jam it in place with a long screwdiver fed from the back. Remove the PCV valve from the valve cover and connecting tube. Remove the vacuum line from the regulator.

To remove the bottom feed line, use a 15/16" open end or metric equivalant, turning clockwise when looking from the top. It will only move about 1/6 turn, then flip the wrench. When loose, pull the tube out as far as possible. To remove the screw holding the regulator in place, you will need a T-27 star driver, a 1/4" hex wrench, and a 1/4" socket. There is no room to get a rachet in there, and do not try using an Allen wrench or you will be so sorry. Put the T-27 driver into the socket, and slide the wrench over the driver so it is on the hex part. Put your contraption into the screw, using one hand to apply back pressure to hold it in place, and turning the wrench with the other. Once you get everything loose, you can kind of twist the regulator out.

Installation is the reverse, but be sure to lube both seals with a little oil and a q-tip. Tighten the T-27 screw until it is about where it needs to be, then make sure the bottom feed tube is pushed in all the way. You'll probably need needlenose pliers and a magnet to get the feeder tube nut back up, and start it manually, making sure it is straight before you put the wrench to it. Tighten both snuggly, and put everything else back the way it was. Turn the key and drive away.

the normal tools (wrenches and sockets) with the exception of the axle nut. not 100 % on this one either 32milimeter or 1"1/4 you have the luxury of taking your cap off before your wheel to try this.when you get all your tools together its not that bad of a job.

As specified in your "Owner's Manual"

Code E 3400 (LA1) V6 engine : 1-2-3-4-5-6

Code K 3800 (L36) V6 engine : 1-6-5-4-3-2

Both V6 engines have 6 spark plugs

Anything with moving parts will wear out.

theres no way got to take dash bord apart to get to the vent connections

the only repair is to replace the visor as an assembly.There are no serviceable parts inside it

Mitchell information and Alldata both prublish that the torque values for this engine are 65-75 ft/lbs. Be sure you use the correct tightening sequence, This is important. In this application the sequnce is as follows: (HOPE THIS SHOWS UP RIGHT AS I TYPED IT.) < 9 5 1 3 7

Estimate around $400. For a 2005 Impala with a new rack and pinion set and some of the old parts it came up to about $700, but that was cheaper than another price that was quoted.

You disconnect the hose from neck of waterpump. Then follow the hose down to the bottom of the raidiator and the fluid will pour out. Might want to turn engine on for a quick second to pump out remaining fluids.

I don't know what type of car you're talking about ---but -- I had the same problem on my 2001 Buick Century ---it says how to turn on the "low tire" lite in your manual ---- go to the fuse box (I assume the procedure is the sam e for most American cars ) they're should be a "reset " button --- on my car it said to hold the reset button in for 3 sec --( reset button is usually red )---
