The thermostat is located on top of the engine. (NOTE there is a AIR BLEED VALVE on the alum housing). The large radiator hose leads right to the housing. Remove two screws and lift off the alum housing along with the hose. thermostat can be lifted out. Replace and be sure you use sealer+ new gasket when reconnecting hose and housing.

The problem is that the system will have air trapped in the system and not cool engine properly. You have to attach a pressure pump to the top of the overflow container after everything is installed . Open bleed valve , apply pressure until water comes out then close bleed valve. disconnect pressure pump and replace pressure cap on reservoir.. Re-do the operation after running the engine a few minutes to see if trapped air remains.

3.0l it is inside the passenger side of the engine driven by the timing belt. 3.3l it is on the lower front passenger side of the engine.

Chrysler does not use inertia/reset switches.

The problem sounds like a power failure. Check all fuses, the plug connections, and make sure that wiring is not loose at the fuse box.

Push back on the front bottom of the bench (takes a lot of pressure) to release clips Lift up to remove bench, this will expose clips or bolts holding the top of the seat in place Remove bolts or clips and push up on the rear of the seat to release upper clips to remove back of seat

One of several things. if its a carberateur 1. Secondary is opened, 2. Needles inside carb. are bent or clogged, 3. MAF is bad, 4. the throttle cable set incorrectly 5. there is a hole in your intake 6. Vacuum problem If its Throttle body/ fuel injected 1. injectors dirty 2. connections to injectors are dirty 3. ECM is bad, or malfunctioning 4. Throttle set incorrectly 5. Vaccuum problem i hope this helped. good luck

its under the crank shaft right by the underlay belt. remove the distributer cap and make sure your drive train is straight. once you've done that just loosen the 4 bolts from the alternator and while your at it check the radiator for cracks. then make sure you loosen the fan belt smoke the herb and if you unbolted the crank shaft modulator use a 3/4 and tighten it a quarter turn.

The fuel pump is in the tank. It is best to remove the tank to replace the fuel pump/sending unit, don't forget to hook up the hose inside the tank that goes to the sending unit!

Up to 1993, it is under the hood. 1993 and later, under the dash driver side. 1995 and prior is obd 1. 1996 and later is obd 2.

It is on the back of the right cylinder head.

It's most likely the sending unit. have your mech check that for you.

On a 3.3l the water pump is driven by the serpentine belt. On a 3.0l the water pump is driven by the timing belt.

Passenger side, front, lowest pulley.

Usually they come on when you press the button for the heated rear window.

You must first open the headlight doors and allow them to remain open. Then there is a black plastic cover right in front of the headlights and you must remove 4 plastic push pins. Then remove the 4 screws that hold the complete L shaped turn signal/ marker light houseing in place and remove the lens. Be careful not to break the lens as you probably wont find another good one to replace it. Unscrew the bulb holder by turning it half way and pull out removeing the bulb. Reverse this to replace the lights and remember to use amber bulbs as they are whats required.

It is on the passenger side of the transmission bell housing.

Thermostat, low coolant, inoperative radiator fan, failed water pump, plugged radiator, head gasket.

No ccd communucations from bcm or tcm. You have a computer communication issue where the engine computer is not getting information from the body or transmission.

The fuel filter on almost all Chrysler front wheel drive vehicles is located under the car,passenger side in front of the rear wheel.It is mounted to the rocker panel.Be sure to remove the fuel pump fuse and start the car first.This will make it run out of gas and reduce the pressure in the fuel line so it doesn't spray all over you.

Rear Signals/Tail Lamps:

You need a #2 Phillips driver.

1. First, raise the trunk lid.

2. On the outside of the car, there is a small piece of metal trim at the bottom of the tail lamp assembly. The screw that holds this piece of trim onto the car faces sideways, which is why you need to raise the trunk lid to get to it. Remove that screw, and with it, the piece of metal trim.

3. Then, there are two additional screws that need removed, both at the bottom of the assembly, one facing the rear of the car, one facing to the outside, to the left or the right. Remove these and then you can tilt out the assembly from the bottom.

4. Twist the socket counterclockwise and ease it out of the assembly WITH the foam washer.

5. The lamps pull out of the socket.

6. Reverse everything and you're good to go.

Front Signals

If they are the ones that face completely frontwards, under the head lamps, you need a T15 driver. If they are the sideways ones, you just reach up under the car, behind the fender to get at the sockets.

The ones that face sideways are the twist out socket types.

The frontward facing ones are self-explanatory: remove the T-15 screws and get on with your life.

It could be a bad fuel pump and a bad coil. You might need to change your spark plug wires as well.

On a 1990 Chrysler New Yorker, the starter relay is built into the starter. The starter is located on the front of the engine, behind the engine mount.
