Did H Spencer r co make a double barreled 12 gauge hammer shotgun serial number 14718 any info.?

The Spencer Gun Co. made guns for Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. of Chicago, Il. These guns were actually manufactured by the Crescent Fire Arms Co. of Norwich, Connecticut from about 1892 to 1922 with "Spencer Gun Co" as a brand name. They were good quality insexpensive single and double barrel shotguns. This is not to be confused with the Spencer rifle fo Civil War fame which was manufactured by the Burnside Rifle Co in 1865 or the later Spencer Arms Co. of Windsor, Connecticut who manufactured the first successful slide action repeating shotgun from 1882 to 1889.

Where can you find information about a Victor Special 410?

What kind of information are you looking for? There doesn't seem to be much. It was a trade name used by Crescent. A 410 would not have been made until sometime after 1900, probably not before WWI, and it does not appear that this name was continued after Crescent was purchased by Stevens.

Is it true that the Ten Star shotgun was imported or was it made in the states and does a stock number indicate that it was owned by a police department?

Your Ten Star may have been imported from Belgium or made by Crescent Firearms in Meriden, CT, for Folsom Arms of New York, c. 1890-1930. If you remove the barrels from the receiver and look at the bottom of the chamber there may be a Belgian proofmark. If there is a script "EL" or an oval with "ELG" and a star stamped on the gun it was made in Belgium. I don't know exactly what you mean by a "stock number" but most old shotguns are marked with various numbers and letters by the manufacturers and sometimes by the owners, so without some sort of documentation, there's no way to determine what your mark indicates.

Why doesn't the Enders Royal American shotgun show up in any list or reference?

Probably because everyone copied the list trade names on their web pages from the back of the Standard Catalog and it isn't there. The Catalog only lists 2 Enders model names, but Vorisek's Shotgun Markings - 1865-1940 lists 13, including the Royal American which was a Crescent Model 60. All were marked for Shapleigh Hardware of St Louis.

How much is a Crescent 410 shotgun number 135 worth?

I can't help with the "number 135" designation, but Crescent Arms Co. .410 shotguns can range in value from almost nothing (for a utility single shot model with exposed hammer in poor condition) to over $1,000 for a Crescent Certified Shotgun or New Empire in perfect condition (these have factory 12 1/2" barrels and are SUBJECT TO ATF III ATF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS (and seizure if currently unregistered). Finally, if it is a 12" Victor Ejector, extreme rarity prevents any price estimate. Assuming you have a standard side-by-side, values can exceed $400 for 100% condition guns (with premiums for exposed hammers and/or sidelock actions).

How do you tell if its a hammerless gun?

Look at the back of the breech. If there isn't a hammer, it's hammerless. Hammers are those things that stick up at the back of the barrel. On a single action gun you have to cock them (pull them back) before you pull the trigger. Pulling the trigger cocks and releases the hammers on a double action. All the firing mechanism is inside a hammerless gun.

The Folsom Arms Co. imported & or manufactured low cost firearms under a number of different names. You could actually buy the same firearm at a number of different stores with different names on it.
