what is the head bolt torque setting on daewoo matize

Im not sure what country you are in so i won't say passenger side, but if you stand in front of the vehicle looking at the engine bay, the fusebox is on the right hand side, inside there is a line of 3 grey relays going down the side, the fuel pump relay is the centre one.

There are four screws around where the speedo display is, and another screw inside the compartment below the radio. Having removed these, the dashboard pulls off. Fairly easy.

I have come across the same kinda issue many a time. First thing to do it check wether there is water in the Wind Screen Washer water tank. One should also check that , if your poring in the water, check wehter it remains in or leaks!!

Also check on the Fuse that makes the Wind Screen Washer work.

Fuse is F9 in car. If rear washer works its not the fuse as both front and back are on same fuse. Operate washer with ignition on but engine off, you should hear the pump(motor) running, if not then start there. Unfortunately its part of the washer reservoir system so means removing front wheel and arch liner to access it.

I had this question and after reading a manual I found online, I realized I had to disconnect one of the lower rubber connection tubes arriving to the radiator, that is the only way, there is no such a thing as a little faucet to open and close the circuit.

open the upper timing belt cover the first thing lower to crankshaft is water pump.

on top of gearbox with 2 wires connected to it.

Check your water pump the impeller tends to corrode away and not pump water

Researching this for my sister in law.

Seems most people have found answer to be the optical sensor in the distributor or the distributo itself.

The sensor costs around the same as a new distributor so may as well change the whole thing.

They generally do not keep the keys, as it would be too many keys to keep track of. Each vehicle usually has a special code that can be used to cut a duplicate key for your vehicle. They do not need an original key to do so.

They can keep it, and I'm sure they would feel just as uncomfortable giving back your car without having a key to it. Car repossession is not the first thing that takes place, it's the last thing they do when all else fails.

They seem to think this may happen again and I am sure the key is not in the possession of the repo man, but the financial institution who hired him, for future use if necessary as they still hold a lien.

NOT LEGALLY. Who would want the responsibility of having the key to a car they don't own?? What if it gets stolen?? The cops drag you in wanting to know where you were. MOST financial institutions DONT have keys to the cars they finance. Its all they can do to keep the paperwork straight so how could they keep up with keys?? Give me a break.

I own a repo company and each state has different laws for everything. you need to figure out what the laws are in your state. But in my state and probably many others as well I do not have a right to keep keys to a vehicle that isn't registered in my name or loaned to my buy the owners once the repossession has taken place. Not to mention I don't want them. After we get a car we move on to the next car we don't't dwell on the fact that we might have to get it again. If the lender is nice enough to give you a nother chance good for you, but stay on top of things our we will be back with or without your keys!

yes, some companies can use the key to decipher the actual code number, then give to the lien holder to keep on file, out here it ca, it comes in handy, most people out here get there car repo'd two separate times, sometimes three

To remove headlight unit first take off the top section of the bumper containing the indicator lights - 4 10mm bolts along the top and then prise off carefully at the wing ends as there are 2 pushfit guides at each end. Disconnect the indicator light cable connectors and move it away.

Take out the 3 fixing bolts on the headlight unit. 2 are easy to spot, one on top and one on the radiator side. The other is between the headlight body and the wing, look through the gap between them and 30mm above the bumper line you should see another 10mm bolt head. This fixing just needs to be slackened as the fixing hole is slotted so you can slide the unit off once loose.

Then just disconnect the sidelight and headlight cables.

Misfires are caused by MANY different conditions. Any freezeframe data would be helpful. Is this a regular or random misfire? Does it occur only while cold? Mostly while hot? Mostly under load? Mostly during wet weather? What are the fuel trims at idle, 2500 RPM in neutral, and 2500 RPM driving?

Probably a 'stuck' fuel pump (under the passenger seat). A few taps with a small hammer might free it.

Remove the 5 or 6 screws from around the edge of the door panel (Rem the two underneath). Remove the handle insert. Remove the screw from the latch and wiggle it free(leave it where it is as it is still connected), it hooks on at the front. Gently slide the panel up and off. Wiggle it and give it a gentle dunt it can be tight. As it comes free feed the latch through the hole in the panel. Replacement is just reversed. getting the lock toggle back through the panel can be fiddly with big fingers.

because the ecu compansates the engine speed for the load..as it does for electrical drag etc .Gone are the days of engines stalling under load!
