Which fuses operate the radio and power locks and where are they located on a 2002 Dodge Caravan?
The fuse box for a 2002 Dodge Caravan SE is located next to the battery under the hood (right hand side of the car). You can pop open the lid for the fuse box and on it's underside you'll see a diagram for all the fuses outlining what each fuse is for.
I found this online.
Mine is a 2005 caravan that we bought with a dead radio, this saved me from buying a new radio.....
For a 2001 Dodge Caravan: The owner's manual is vague, only stating that all fuses are under the hood in the fuse box, no diagrams. Once you have removed the fusebox cover, the diagrams for what each fuse does is provided under the lid. UNCLEARLY marked is the radio fuse, a 20amp fuse located 2nd row from top to the right of the accessory relay. It is marked: RDO/IP IGN. For me, with a dead radio, the problem was NOT the radio fuse, but instead the 40amp, BCM #1. This is the body control module (I think that is the terminology) I pulled it, pushed it back in and heard a click like a reset. Then, my radio worked just fine! Good luck!

How do you replace the headlight assembly located on a 1994 Ford F-350 4x4?
First disconnect and remove the connections/bulbs to the headlamp, side marker light and turn signal. To remove the headlamp assembly you must first remove the headlamp "door". This is the plastic trim that surrounds the turn signal, headlamp and side marker light. To remove the headlamp door you must remove the two screws that attach the door to the front bracket. They are located on the top of the headlamp door, between the headlamp and the hood. Next, use a 7/16 socket to remove the two nuts that hold the turn signal light to the bracket. These nuts are located in recesses to the left and right of the headlamp in front of the battery or the washer/antifreeze reservoir (depending on which side you are working on). There is no need to remove the battery or the washer/antifreeze reservoir. They are recessed so you have to feel for them. The nut closest to the engine on each side may require a 1.5" socket extension as it is recessed a bit more than the nut on the fender side. After removal of the nuts slide the door assembly out, it will have the side marker and turn signal attached to it. This will expose the headlamp assembly itself. There are two silver headlamp retaining clamps on each side of the top of the headlamp. They are attached to adjusting nuts of the headlamp. These are removed by pulling upwards on them. Try not to damage the clamps as they will need to be reused on the new headlamp. There is a third headlamp retaining clamp on the fender side of the headlamp as well. It can only be seen/reached after removal of the headlamp door (hence the requirement to first remove the headlamp door). After removal of the three retaining clamps the headlamp assembly can be removed.
Reassemble in reverse order.
HEADLIGHT DOOR REMOVAL
I recommend removing the battery and the antifreeze/windshield washer reservoir. Two very simple task that made the job much easier for someone with very big hands. The driver side antifreeze/windshield washer reservoir only requires the removal of one nut (7/16). Once you have removed the one nut holding the reservoir to the bracket holding it in place, lift out towards the engine. It does not matter if the the reservoirs are full. This was the easiest of the sides to work on. You will have enough hose to simply rest it on the air filter housing. Passenger side proved a bit difficult even with the battery removed because of the battery platform. However, the job was much easier than having it in. Once you have disconnected the terminals, there is a small screw holding a support bracket in front, at the base of the battery. Remove it and you should be able to lift the battery out. When removing the two nuts that hold the turn signal and headlamp door, I recommend you have a telescoping magnet near by in case you drop the screw or the socket. The nut closest to the fender is hardest to work with.

Why does water accumulate on the floor of your 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan when the AC is on?
A/C condenser drain line is stopped up. This is allowing the water to enter the cabin. Crawl under the van and find the drain line. Usually located near the firewall passenger side. Clean out the drain tube.
Tuesday, May 15, 2007 My 2000 Grand Caravan ES gave me a surprise when I turned on the car. Many of the dash panel indicators were not are working. The speedometer stays at zero while the tachmeter was stuck at about 800RPM. The gas gauge was stuck somewhere in the middle where I think it last prior to the problem starting. The Door Ajar and Cruise indicator lights were also on and none reset when the car started or while driving. I checked all fuses without finding anything wrong so I headed to the internet in a search for answers. While searching I stumbled across a similar issue described at http://www.automotivehelper.com/topic427728.htm . This issue was answered by a mysterious vipergg which end up solving my problem. Neither to say I am grateful to this mysterious person. Here is what I did: Open your hood and look for the fuse and relay center just above the battery. Open the cover and look for a fuse called IOD and/or Memory IOD. It usually located away from the front (towards the top of the block) in the center, they are labeled . Remove the IOD fuse for 20 seconds and then reinsert. The BCM becomes hung and this will reset it in a lot of cases. Let us know how it works out. How do you change a serpentine belt on a 1999 Dodge Caravan SE 6cyl 3.8?
Pull upon the belt and it will show you which way the idler pulley has to go to relieve pressure on the belt. Then pry it with a 15 mm wrench to relieve pressure and there should be a schematic under the hood to tell you how to route the belt. If it isn't there draw a schematic before you take the belt off. Don't rely on memory.
I put a ratcheting cargo strap on the 15mm wrench and secured the other end so as to pull the tensioner enough to easily slip the belt into place with both hands.

There is a little more to removing the dash trim:
To pop up the dash trim you must first remove the driver side front door post inside trim. It requires a 10 mm socket to remove one bolt near the top then it can be removed. The dash trim hooks under it and requires removal to left out the dash trim.
One more thing - To remove and replace the mirror assembly you will need a star bit. the 3 bolts have a special socket head that requires the 6 point bit to turn them.

Where is the thermostat on a 1996 Dodge Caravan?
It is under the housing where the upper radiator hose hooks to the engine.
My 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan began doing this and it is because the battery has a low charge, could be due to old battery, or even bad alternator. The quickest and easiest fix is to charge the battery and then wait and see if it happens again after. If it happens then you should have it looked at by a professional
Why won't the horn work on a 1993 E150 Can't find the horn but the fuse looks good?
Maybe the horn is defective, or missing. It should be located on the drivers side, front of the engine compartment. It is accessable from under the vehicle. test with a jumper wire from the battery to the horn, also check the ground connection. There is also a horn relay. joedi
Your 1984 Nissan 300zx turbo has been sitting for about a month and now it won't start why?
I had this problem. From what I can tell, the problem stems from two problems. One is moisture gets into the alternator and fries the core, and the other is actually with the spark plugs. If you are not running the engine long enough for it to get really hot, the fuel leaves deposits on the plug tips. Try cleaning the spark plugs and retry to start the car if it doesn't work still it is the Alternator. Also if you let it sit over a month, you might want to verify your liquid seals and fluid levels are still good. Okay, if it has sat for a month without any charge going to the battery, it is most likely the battery. Over time, batteries can lose their charge if not in use. Just get a jumpstart from a friendly neighbor or a buddy. I work in an auto parts store, so i tell people the better way to jumpstart their battery all the time, so it will survive for the next time you need to start it. whether it be jumper cables or a small jumper pack, allow the juice to flow into the dead car for about 2-5 minutes. then you can attempt to start it. if it wont start quite yet, let it go some more. when it starts, disconnect the donating juice and allow the vehicle to run at least a good 15 minutes to let the battery get some decent charge from the alternator. if you dont let it run before immediately driving somewhere, it may not get the proper charge it needs to be able to start it again. just a little car battery FYI: 1. A true dead battery wont hold a charge past an hour. 2. Keeping your terminals and posts clean from corrosion can help your battery last another year or two. 3. A simple multi-meter can tell you if your alternator is doing its job. 13-14Volts and up means it is ok, any lower and it needs to be replaced. just set your tester to DC 12 voltage. 4. If your battery appears to have bulging sides, it could mean it is being overcharged by the alternator. have the alternator an/or voltage regulator checked

What size wiper blades on 2011 Dodge Caravan?
There is no 2011 Dodge Caravan but there is a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan which takes a 26" drivers side, 20" passenger side and a 16" rear wiper. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only. Be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
If it is like my 94 town and country 3.8, the best thing to do is remove the bracket und take it off the top. One book suggest that you remove thetop and bottom bolts to remove it from the bracket, then drop the alternator down and remove it by pulling it between the firewall and from crossmember. I found this impossible, since the exhaust pipe did not allow enough room. My car sat for 2 weeks till I decided to remove the entire bracket. It was not as hard as I thought it would be.
