Never done it but....have done some research because I may have to do it on my 1998 Contour. The filler neck is a single piece with the fuel fill tube (two joined tubes--the fill tube and another smaller tube that comes off the fill tube and they both go to the tank). So you have to drop the fuel tank. Zounds. The part on my car has a number sticker--Ford 75E9F945CA. There is also a small plastic canister attached to the top of fill tube and the evap canister vent rubber tube is attached to it and goes from there to the evap canister. The complete complexity can be viewed by removing right wheel and inner splash shield. Looks labor intensive.

How do you remove the headlight in a 1992 Ford van?
You need a Phillips screwdriver of at least 5 inches. First turn your lights off. Then reach in and pull the electrical plug ( 3 prong ) off from behind the bulb. Then look at the crome retention bracket. you will see 7 screw heads. The two that are on the top and bottom about 1 inch from the side, are the retention screws. The other three, on the middle of the left and right side and the middle of the bottom are the adjustmenet screws. Dont touch those. Take out all 4 retention screws. ( if the bracket begins to shift, your moving an adjustment screw ). and then move the headlight, and the retention bracket until the retnetion bracket moves out of the way, and the headlight comes out. Put the retention bracket screws back in their holes to secure them, for when you need them again.

I have a 93 but believe it would be the same. Under your back seat you should find a cover bolted down with 4 screws and some wires going through it. Remove the screws and lift up the cover and you will have access to the fuel pump assembly. Disconnect the wires from the assembly. Depressurize the fuel system by cranking the engine over and loosen you fuel cap on the fuel tank. Disconnect the fuel hoses. Remove the screws holding down the fuel pump assembly - being careful not to break or drop any of the screws. Carefully lift the assembly up (be sure not to drop any dirt in the tank). Now, if you are replacing the whole assembly, just follow the process backwards to install. If you are replacing just the pump motor, you will have to remove the motor from the assembly and replace it with the new one (you will probably want to replace the filter also attached to the motor also).

The pressure sensor you are probably looking for is the DPFE or Differential Pressure Sensor and is part of the EGR system. To find it, look for the feedtube to the EGR valve and follow it backward towards the exhaust. Somewhere along the line you will see two small metal pipes connecting from the feedtube to the special rubber lines leading to the sensor. Some of these sensors are under recall. You can find out by calling your dealer, or by looking on line at the National Highway and Safety Administration. As dumb as it sounds, you can't. I have a 2004 stratus and the only way you can reset it is to either fix the problem or disconnect and reconnect the negative battery terminal. (you don't have to disconnect it from the battery itself, only from the terminal you can actually see on the right hand side when you lift your hood)
