I can tell you for certain where it is on a 88, I just replaced mine and it did no good, but anyhow to answer your question; pop the hood, on the passenger side, bolted to the side, right beside the battery is a black box about the size of a cigarette pack. Connected to that from the bottom is a green and a brown relay. The green one is your fuel pump relay.

The problem could result from either the hazard module, located below the fuse box by your foot, gone bad or the indicator control on the steering column is bad.

If they are losing strenght, first try spraying silicone lube into the rubber weatherstrips where the window rides. A lot of times they become dry causing the windows to stick. If this does not help, unfurtunely you will have to replace the window motors. I have done many of these

You will not fix a transmission issue this way. If you want to erase the PCM KAM data, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes. What that will do is erase all learned stradegies, revert the PCM back to original stradegies, and force the PCM to relearn everything, which it will have everything relearned in one drive cycle.

This is not going to fix your problem though. You have either a transmission problem or a transmission control issue. The PCM learned stradegy is not the problem.

I believe it is in the front passenger footwell , by the kick panel

If the rear air conditioning is not working, this could be due to one of severalÊproblems. It could be due to a blown fuse.

underneath your steering wheel up above the gas pedal and break etc..look up above find the 2 pairs of matching wires whatever color they are. and cross...after engine turns over and it starts un cross them right away or you're starter will grind.

The heater core is located under the dash on the passenger side. Start by removing the plastic panel covers that are actually the ducts for moving the heated air to the vents. It's a good idea to take pictures as you go and put all the screws in a single place. I found three different types of screws that were not OEM. There were 3-4 screws or nuts on each panel. After you have removed the panels, you will be staring at the heater core. I filled the radiator with water and started the engine to verify the leak and check all the other hoses. Don't leave it running long. With the engine cool, drain the radiator. Bend the old heater core slowly toward you and cut the tubing. Some people use a tube cutter, I just used a reciprocating saw with a metal- cutting blade. From the engine side, pull the hoses out and separate the old pieces of tubing from the quick disconnects. With the old heater core removed, I check the operation of the heat shut- off damper door. This must fully close in order to get maximum cooling in the summer. Next, have someone hold the new heater core in place while you install the hoses with the quick disconnects. This may be one of the easiest heater core replacements. I found the most difficult part to be getting my hands near the quick disconnects.

There is a switch for the reverse sensing system located on the dash just to the right of the instrument panel dimmer control. When the ignition is on and the gear selector is in reverse, this switch can be used to disable or enable the RSS . If the system has been disabled the off indicator remains illuminated, so press the switch again when the ignition is on, and the gear selector is in reverse to return the system to the ON position.

I'm not sure if you have to remove the fan shroud, look at it, to see.Put a square stemmed screwdriver between the bolts and loosen the other one,relocate the screwdriver until all bolts are loosened then remove the bolts.Sometimes the fan is still stuck on the water pump and must be tapped off,careful,don't want to damage your radiator. I had trouble finding it too, it is on the passenger side of the dash, down low under a little cover that pulls off. It is hard to see at first. Keep looking for the cover and you should find it. Druideck

It isn't. This a myth created by truckers who don't power down because they are sleeping and they like AC and heat. The only exception in in severe cold, where the engine may not start again if allowed to become cold. Also, in the case of railroad locomotives, the coolant is straight water, because the anti-freeze costs too much. So they can't be allowed to freeze.
