1998 Ford Explorer heater won't blow air?

It may be a broken blend door. Typically to fix this problem, a mechanic will disassemble the entire dash, and replace the plenum box. Unfortunately this is an expensive fix because it is labor and parts intensive. There is a DIY solution called heatertreater. They provide instructions on how to access the blend door by removing the glove box, and replacing the blend door without removing the dash and plenum assembly. Broken blend doors are a common problem among Ford explorers, and most heating and A/C issues in late model Ford explorers are directly caused by a malfunctioning blend door.

Where are heater core hoses on 95 grandam?

On my 97 the heater core is located inside the cabin, middle of dashboard, near the floor, actually is right above the middle floor duct. There are 2 hoses coming out of it and going right thru the firewall. I had to jack up my car get under it and look for 2 hoses middle of firewall and towards the bottom to find them. It was a pretty big job replacing it also.

What voltage will produce 0.20 A of current through a 3090 resistor?

Ohm's Law: Voltage is current times resistance.

0.20 amperes times 3090 ohms is 618 volts.

WARNING: This is also 124 watts, so do not attempt to duplicate this in the lab unless you have the appropriate equipment. In particular, an "ordinary" half-watt resistor will self destruct, causing a fire, if you try this.

All wheel drive fuse location on forester?

Under the hood, right side near the hood hinge. Insert a fuse in the holder, after flipping the top open, to disableall-wheel drive. (there are spare fuses in the fuse box near the battery) Note that Subaru does not recommend that you do this except for use as a diagnostic tool because it does change the way that the car handles. --Ken

How do i change oil in 2005 ford explorer?

A: Checklist for useful things to have before you start.

Make sure the car is on level ground. A large piece of cardboard makes it very comfortable to lie on and it will also catch spilled oil. Have an oil filter wrench to loosen the old one. I believe the drain plug is 1/2". Use a socket wrench with a small extension. Make sure the pan for old will hold six quarts. Have two good funnels. One for the old oil and the other for the new. Put the old oil in the new oil containers and bring it to a collection place. do not pollute. Have a lot of rags on hand and newspaper for split oil. A few pair of disposable rubber gloves. Make sure the old oil filter gasket comes off with the filter doesn't stick on the engine. Don't lose the drain plug gasket. It's a dirty pain no matter how well prepared you are. Since you are saving money by doing it yourself spend a little extra for premium filter and oil.

1. you get under the explorer and find out where the oil pan drain bolt is

2. get a pan and put under the oil location first then remove the drain bolt

3. you let all of the oil drain out of the pan and put the oil bolt back in and tighten it up

4. you remove your oil filter and drain it,in my, by hand or you might need the wrench, replace it with a new oil filter, wet the new gasket with new oil.

5. you tighten up the oil filter sung with your hands and not a wrench

6. you add oil to the explorer should be about 5 quarts but put 4 in and then start it

7. check for any leaks and then let run for 4 min and then turn off and wait 10 min

8. check your oil you should be about 1 quart shy so add the last quart of oil and then you are all done changing your oil

If you are asking this question in relation to a networked laser printer this seems to be an issue with either a corrupt driver or a network error.

I have sorted mine out by simply downloading the updated driver from the printer manufacturer's website.

Looking for the cigarette lighter fuse panel on the 2005 Ford Focus.?

Fuse 47 a 15amp fuse is for the cigarette lighter..it's located behind the glove box which you can drop down for easy access.

The "glove box" is the little box that opens on the left side, under the instrument gauges near the left door.......Not the big glove box on the right hand side.

This also worked on my 2002 Ford Focus diesel estate - Richard

Worked on a 2007 Ford Focus. Fuse box is on the drivers side. Located behind the CD holder box.
