A more learning-centred view is to think of this as the 3Ms (MMM):

The answers to this question will, obviously, all be opinions. Moreover, ideas about what consitutes an educated person have changed over time and vary from country to country. My own view is that an educated person has a wealth of knowledge and various skills. However, for me the most important characteristics are these: 1. An undogmatic approach to knowledge. 2. Fundamental skepticism. 3. A willingness to learn. 4. The ability to say, where appropriate, 'On this issue, the standard course book(s) or reference work(s) or dictionaries (or established views) are wrong' and to be able to explain why. The question is unclear... By "best way" do you mean quickest, easist, or the method with better results. But with all those ways to learn it, here are some answers. I heard Rosetta Stone worked well. You can take a class in school, but if you want the easiest way it depends on the teacher. I recently learned that in the learning pyramid the best way to learn is to teach. If you learn things from a teacher, teach that to a friend or family member. It IS proven that when you show someone something, it actually helps you remembering it. If you are teaching someone something and they understand, that means you understand. Another way you can learn it easy and fast is by using the old fashion way. Study and practice! You might not believe me, but this is actually the second best way to learn something quick and easy.

The best way is to immerse yourself in the language. Go to a place where the language is spoken, and deal with it, or otherwise surround yourself with speakers who will discourage the use of your native language.

Surround youself with the language that you are willing to learn. It may sound obvious, but not many people do it. If you can, move to a country were the language you would like to learn is the official language- your brain will have no option but to speak in the foreign language.You'll be amazed at the results! If not, then change your phone,iPod, computer to the desired language, or you could watch films you know well with the language audio description- this is probably the easiest way whilst still not having migranes!

I am home schooled on my computer with a program called CAVA (California Virtual Academies) they have a program with k12 an online homeschooling program. With CAVA you have your own teacher, and you have class sessions too where you can video chat with the teacher and other students. Home schooling is more academically challenging. Thats why its a better option then public school.

The term "sealing" also has a more general meaning, but even that is most often related to an ordinance carried out by the Priesthood.

The sealing within an ordinance occurs when the ordinance requires that a second witness takes part in the act of the ordinance itself. For instance, when the sick are administered to, the first part of the ordinance takes the form of an anointing upon the sick person, then the 2nd Priesthood member, lays his hands upon the sick person's head, and "seals" the work done by the first. In point of fact, this is really what is done in a temple sealing anyway; because the couple to be sealed for eternity have already been previously married ... so the temple 'sealing' acts as the verification and second witness before God that the couple really did intend to be married, and have come before the Lord to seal the previous man-made ceremony and intent before God. It acts as a marriage ceremony repeated, but it now carries authroity that they may be married forever, beyond this life.

We also use the term, "sealed", in relation to a "man's or prophet's 'sealing' of his own testimony with his blood" - in that he seals as a 2nd witness of his life's living standards - those things that he believed in, with his blood - so that he may not only have lived for what he believed in, but has died for what he believed in as well. We call that 'sealing his testimony with his own blood'.

A sealing acts as a Confirmation of the first act.

Grounded Theory Analysis was created (or at least first described) by Anselm Strauss and Barney Glaser in 1967 as a research methodology. It has the following characteristics: 1. It is qualitative rather than quantitative. In other words, it focuses on statements rather than numbers. 2. It is inductive, rather than deductive. In other words it takes data and develops a model. It does not test a model. 3. It is anti-hypothetical. Grounded Theory is called what it is, because it is described as being "grounded" on the data. The fear is that a hypotheses biases the findings. 4. It focuses on describing a phenomena to create a "model". This is different from some other types of qualitative analysis such as: Ethnography: Used to describe an ethnic or cultural group. Biography: Used to describe a person. Phenomenology: Although also used for a phenomena... phenomenology seeks to find the essence of the phenomena, rather than seek a model. Case study: Used to study an event. Grounded Theory analysis focuses on interviews... especially live interviews. The goal is to interview people with diverse perspectives in a particular area. The aim is to reach data saturation (where additional interviews do not result in new useful data). When data saturation occurs... the data goes through three processes: A. Open coding. The data is broken up into individual statements and categorized. B. Axial Coding. The coded statements are compared to find common themes and relationships. C. Selective Coding. The axially coded data is filtered to find key relationships and classifications. This process can be iterative. The result should be a substantive theory or model. It may be in narrative form, diagram, table, or otherwise. Grounded Theory Analysis can be a very powerful tool especially in the social sciences. But the researcher must be of care not to inject bias into the process.

Play drive: The impulse or need within a child or young person that starts the play cycle.

Play cue when a child signals that they want to play, facial expressions, body language or when a child shows that they want to play with another.

Play return: The response to a play cue, which can come from another person, the environment or from the child playing.

Play frame: The process or space that is created by cues and returns. It's a boundary that keeps the play intact. It begins with the child's play drive and includes all that allows play to continue. It may be as big as a football pitch or as small as a chessboard and the two people playing. As a playworker you can be inside or outside of the frame depending on the level of the playworkers involvement.

An AC should not tyipcally run all day. However, with extreme heat and the thermostat turned down low, the AC will run for extended periods. Typical rule of thumb is not to turn the thermostat more than 20 degrees less than the outside temp. When the temp is 100 degrees outside, the AC will have to run for extended periods to get the inside temp below 80. This varies much depending on the type of equipment you have, insulation in the home, tonage, SEER, etc. If the AC is running for extended periods, make sure that it is cooling properly. If the inside temp is not dropping, call a professional.
